I rely on good usability testing and UserZoom can take your list of users or for a price recruit folks that meet your customer profile. As with all things you get what you put into it. If you are just looking to validate your target market's ability to use your product you probably could do this yourself, but if you have hit a roadblock and customers can't articulate what is wrong with your product other than it sucks then UserZoom is invaluable! “Anna Manayan at immune matrix has been a tremendous help in my health journey. I first saw her when I had a disastrous situation of Lyme disease and other complications. “Good experience! I had to get blood work today and only one person was working, "the all around guy," but nevertheless, he was very quick when it was my turn! I had 3 needles stuck into my arms already so a fourth one was a little tough to swallow. He did make it quick and had small talk with me to keep me from looking at how much blood was oozing out, haha. Thank you to that Vietnamese nurse!”
“Had to get a yearly routine urine drug screen for school. I didn't have an appointment beforehand so I was a walk in. I had a barcode through school and used the check in machine in the lobby. I was in and out within 10 minutes. No wait at all. I had a very positive experience here. The staff were also super friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“I showed up on a Saturday around 8:15. Business was surprisingly slow and I was able to get my blood drawn and be out the door in about 30 minutes. I asked one of the ladies working why it was slow (I've been here when it's really busy) and she said things tend to slow down in the winter.”

“I think the staff and process at this location is very professional and considerate. The gentleman at the front does a great job of informing everyone of the risks and screening. I've been here a few times since the pandemic and unfortunately have seen others act unprofessional towards this process and this worker, anti-maskers and others that believe their rights are being impacted. Each time, the worker is professional and the security officer nearby has also helped in educating these folks. I can't give these workers enough credit, not only are they risking their lives but also having to endure all of those that don't want to follow simple rules for the sake of the community.”
