“My five-year-old iPhone 6s (I know) finally died on me & wouldn't power on, even when plugged in. Since my iCloud was full, the backup could not restore the important most recent data onto my new phone. Thus, I needed to get the old phone operable to at least retrieve that data ASAP. Mansoor responded to my request quickly & we were able to arrange for him to run the diagnostic the next day (Saturday)... The problem was not as easy a fix as just replacing the battery, so he kept troubleshooting through the weekend--updating me along the way--&, lo & behold, he got the phone working again (crucially, with all the data intact!)! Mansoor is affable & he saved the day!”

“Went there to repair my Bose subwoofer. Apparently its common for these models to short one of their diode. I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. Charged were reasonable.”

“I can't rave enough about the service I received. First of all, I was thrilled to find out they were open on Thanksgiving day. Secondly, I thought I needed to have the whole LCD screen replaced on my tablet but once the gentleman examined it, he was able to fix in a few minutes and didn't charge anything!! “I had low expectations for my phone (due to its condition) but I was very pleased with both the customer service received and the service performed on my phone. My phone had experienced extensive water damage but thankfully they were able to fix the parts that were affected and revive my phone. The staff were very patient and informative about the process and helped fix my phone in a very timely matter (dropped it off at 1 pm and got my phone fixed by 4 pm the next day).”
