“Our vehicle broke down on I5 at hour 3 of a 16 hour drive back home. Edwin answered his phone promptly and agreed to check out our Tahoe. We were able to get to his shop, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, immediately ordered the part, and had it replaced with in minutes of the parts arrival.
