“I'm honestly months over due for this review but I still feel obligated to post it. I was in desperate need of a 22 tire and Guido did an efficient job at trying to get that tire to me the same day. Although the supplier wasn't able to get the tire to him that day, Guido kindly communicated the issue and ensured he could get it to me the next morning. He did the job fast and efficiently. Great customer service and prices. I recommend tires to you to my family and friends. I plan on contacting them for future work on my vehicles. I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!”

“My vehicle oil service light was on and I didn't want to go to the out-of-town dealership since it wasn't covered and appointments were 3-4 weeks out. I asked other people for referrals and researched Yelp reviews for a local auto shop. After several calls, Clyde's was highly recommended by another auto shop; who only does specialized auto care. That really impressed me; because auto shops are competitive and rarely recommend other shops. Clyde's is a family owned & operated local business that has 40 years of experience. I brought my vehicle in last Wednesday morning and it was ready by 11 am. They dropped me off at home while it was at the shop & picked me up when it was ready. “My car broke down on the I5 yesterday and I was stuck in the center divide in triple digits heat. Initially I got into contact with a different roadside assistance company (not towing) who said they could come to the car to try and resolve the mechanical issue. That ended up being a bust and costing money and 5 hours of my time for nothing. Luckily I booked a tow truck through our cc benefits to save on the cost. The dispatcher confirmed that this company and provided an ETA of about 60-90mins. They did include a disclaimer that drivers are not obligated to allow passengers and it's at their discretion. This mattered to me since I was nearly 100 miles from home and had been stranded for hours in 106 degree weather. I then contacted the driver directly and he confirmed that I could join him in the truck and that he would be be there in one hour (this ETA was not unreasonable considering I was in the middle of no where). He even arrived a few minutes early than expected. After a very stressful day, the professional and friendly attitude of the driver felt like a saving grace. My car (and I) made it home safely and timely. I live in congested part of town but the driver was able to handle it with ease. He was even nice enough to help me push the car into a parking spot in my apartment building's garage. The costumer service is A+++ If ever find yourself in need of roadside assistance in Northern California area, I highly recommend this company.”

“Our vehicle broke down on I5 at hour 3 of a 16 hour drive back home. Edwin answered his phone promptly and agreed to check out our Tahoe. We were able to get to his shop, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, immediately ordered the part, and had it replaced with in minutes of the parts arrival. “I had the best possible experience here - I was alone driving from San Diego to Northern CA with my French Bulldog in the front and a truck full of luggage / furniture in the back, when my 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid stopped running in the middle of a highway in central CA during a 105 degree heat wave. I have owned my car for 5 years and have driven this round trip many times in the heat without problems. I called AAA and they were great in towing me quickly / checking out my car but they couldn't figure out the issue. I was about 4 hours from home in both directions. I was taken to the only auto repair shop open at the time. They ran diagnostics but everything was running normally / servicing up to date. They reset my system, gave me some guidance with AC and said I was good to go so long as I took it easy. I was quickly back in the same situation but this time luckily nearby the Santos Ford location. I was pretty panicked but the Ford team was super calm and friendly when I arrived, they were quick to get to my car and figured out / resolved the issue within the hour I arrived. The mechanic pulled up my car to show me exactly where the issue was stemming from and explained how to prevent it from happening again on my drive home or during future long hauls in excessive heat. I am now safely driving home and my car is running great. I would have saved hundreds had I taken my car straight here before an auto repair shop so hopefully this will encourage others to get here with their Ford first. Thank you!!”
