  I went there for my new passport service. I had great experience and felt very welcomed. My appointment was at 12.45, but i had gone there early, still they served me immediately.   Had a very decent experience at the post office today shipping a dozen boxes across the country. They were helpful and the post office is not a bad place. The line could be long but I did see it mostly moving pretty quickly. Not as bad as the 2.4 rating makes it out to be.

  Customer service is horrible. Instead of kindly tell you what you need, the woman at the counter made me feel like I was back at the principal office. She even thrown my package back to me. She really knows how to make somebody bad!
