Extremely helpful service! The staff is very kind, helped retape my boxes, move everything around, and generally make my time moving 4 big boxes across the country so much easier. So so thankful for the staff here. Everyone was laughing and smiling and the energy was very positive. My go to UPS for all future endeavors!!

I went to send a package with a left sandals and the cashier wasn’t very helpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked few questions and acted like I was bothering her. The process was confusing and I left feeling frustrated. The place itself was okay, but better customer service would make big difference.
