Rite aid is a hidden gem of a pharmacy! Their staff is always so nice, shout out to Paul! They pick up the phone quickly, and are always happy to help. If they're out of a medication, they give accurate estimates for when the medication should be in stock. The text alert is great too.

In this pharmacy they give very bad service. I am referring to the area where the pharmacists are, the controlled medicine, the staff gives very bad service.

I just waited on the phone for 45 mins and spoke to one person, who put me on hold and forgot about me. The unprofessionalism at this Rite Aide is appalling. The management team should be ashamed of themselves.
