“LIFE CHANGING!! Had 2 T-bone car accident 2022,2024 (both car totaled) past 2yrs and diagnoses with Herniated disc at lumbar spine since my first car accident.
Before I met him I been to 4 other drs, physical therapists 2-3time a week for 8months in between got 2shots those things never made my back better. And I got recommend to see him. After I have session with him I can feel my back getting better and stronger each time. The office is clean and there is spine decompression machine which pulls and streches your lumbar spine which it can be painful if you have really bad disc problem but its worth it! he gives you like 1:1 full 1hr-1:30hr session with workout, decompression machine, red light etc.
And another accident (with 3 airbag diploid) happened in 2024 and gotten worst but I knew where I need to go and able to come back normal in 4months.
I will be highly recommend to see him if you having hard time with your back pain you wont regret it nor wasting your time!

“the person who took my blood was really good. i went different hospital to take my blood but i ended up with the bruise. since i met her on that location i always go to her.she is good of what she does. and she is always nice and welcoming”
“Traveling internationally so needed a test. It said it's free but you need to plan 3-4 days in advance, even if they take you without appointments. It's just a tent on the side of the road, you're never sure it's really legit but there's free parking, the girl was nice and gentle when taking the sample. Got my results the following day in the morning. Worked out well.”

“The staff is professional and friendly however this is very busy lab during some hours. they could use better housekeeping in that bathroom. Humans can be so disgusting and rude when using the bathroom at the hospital ?
Outside of parking the visit was less than 1hr much better than previous visits.”

“I had a really good experience! I booked an appointment a couple days before. The staff were really friendly. The male phlebotomist, I wish I remembered his name, because he was really nice, personable, and eased my nerves (I worry sometimes that Ill faint, but I was able to lie down). It went super smoothly. Bit tough to find parking, heads up, but hey its LA.”
“Quick and professional service! Their testing is more accurate than other labs and gives results within 24 hours. My friend had a false positive result at another place, and luckily got tested here too only to find out he was negative. I got my results via email in less time than expected. Fantastic place if you want fast and reliable results.”
“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

Otherwise I walked in on time. I checked in and was called to the back in less than five minutes!!! Your tech America is wonderful! She drew my blood and never felt the needle as she found my vain!!! “a bit torn whether to give it 3 stars or 4, i mean, if you keep your expectation low, the place is fine, it does its job.
So first thing to get out of the way is appointment: go make it, don't just walk in, you will wait forever; that's seems to be main cause for 1 star reviews here, you will just sit there and wait forever as ppl who made appointment just bump you down the list.
Also, the place has no receptionist, check in is all done on a tablet. If you are reading this here on Google Review you be fine, but for those technologically challenged (eg: your grandpa/ma) please keep this in mind.
I made appointment at 12:30pm, arrived and checked in at 12:29pm, got out of there at 1:10pm, so even with appointment there is still a 40 minute wait, which echoes some of the reviews here. Don't expect this to be an in-and-out affair as some have experienced, and you be a happy camper.”
“I had a pretty smooth experience! I just got new insurance and requested labs during my first doctor's appointment. I had no appointment on a Monday afternoon, walked in to thankfully an empty lobby (3 other ppl). I checked in on the tablet and tried to outsmart the system (made a later appt AND waited in lobby to see if they can take me earlier). When the tech poked her head out (Saray Camacho), she addressed those who were waiting to make sure the queue list was accurate. She identified some discrepancies right away and assisted a couple of people with checking in. Then I came up. My appointment was for 320pm, and it was 215pm, lobby empty. I asked if I could be seen earlier, and I could tell she really wanted to say yes, but their protocol is to only see patient's during their appointment time. The manager was present, and decided to make an exception for me this one time. Saray was funny, down to earth, and made getting blood drawn a comfortable task.
