“Traveling internationally so needed a test. It said it's free but you need to plan 3-4 days in advance, even if they take you without appointments. It's just a tent on the side of the road, you're never sure it's really legit but there's free parking, the girl was nice and gentle when taking the sample. Got my results the following day in the morning. Worked out well.”

First time ever being to a clinic to get tested, was super nervous and upset that I had to even be there (unfaithful partner) but they were SOOOO accommodating!Not sure what the review is about that says if you have symptoms you won't be seen, this is incorrect. I had symptoms and they had no issue servicing me like anyone else.Lucky enough to have received treatments same day I got tested! Also getting started on PrEP!TRULLY beneficial visit, one stop shop for whatever you need sexual health wise!”
“I totally appreciated my visit at this location. I cant say that for most locations that does fingerprinting. Everything is so organized, from parking to getting the job done. Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”

“My job requested for additional tests to complete the hiring process (physical, titer test, TB blood, and vaccine Tdap) and I was able to make an appointment for this past weekend (Saturday February 24th, 2024). I walked in about 20 minutes before my appointment to check-in and was immediately greeted by Josh. Rachel and Josh were both polite and professional! I do not like needles but they made the whole process painless and made sure I was feeling okay afterwards. Thank you for being efficient, friendly, and most of professional!”
“Absolutely satisfied with their service. Elio helped with an adjustment of a tooth. Walked on in and he is so amicable and service oriented. I should have reviewed them in the past, years ago when I brought my mom. Unfortunately I put it to the side and lost track. I am so happy to have found my way back here. Don't expect a fancy office. “I had a really good experience! I booked an appointment a couple days before. The staff were really friendly. The male phlebotomist, I wish I remembered his name, because he was really nice, personable, and eased my nerves (I worry sometimes that Ill faint, but I was able to lie down). It went super smoothly. Bit tough to find parking, heads up, but hey its LA.”
“Quick and professional service! Their testing is more accurate than other labs and gives results within 24 hours. My friend had a false positive result at another place, and luckily got tested here too only to find out he was negative. I got my results via email in less time than expected. Fantastic place if you want fast and reliable results.”
“I was super nervous reading the previous reviews so I'm on a high from how amazing my experience was this morning. 15 mins from electronic registration to walking out after my blood draw. They send texts to let you know what your wait time will be and mine ended up much faster than the estimate. The staff were quick and helpful! I parked in the pay lot in the other building to make it easy on myself but you may be able to circle around and find an empty street spot too.”

Otherwise I walked in on time. I checked in and was called to the back in less than five minutes!!! Your tech America is wonderful! She drew my blood and never felt the needle as she found my vain!!! She's amazing and diffently a keeper!!! Thank you sooo much. So happy that labs are over. “Excelente service! Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful. Front desk was clear & kind. They gave us an estimate right away, which was the main reason why we decided to go with this clinic. Since we don't have insurance, we had been searching for a fair priced Urgent Care all over Los Angeles, and everywhere front desk would say "we don't know, you have to see the doctor first". It was easier to apply for government help then to get a ballpark estimate. But this clinic was straightforward about everything, from beginning to end. We had a small surgery in there with local anesthesia and all, and at the end, we left having spend less than $350. And the doctor was knowledgeable, experienced and empathetic. Yes, it's cash only. Yes, you have to wait if you're a walk-in. Yes, it's a lot of money you didn't expect to spend. But it's a fair price for great service provided by people that actually want to help you. I'm very grateful to everyone at this clinic.”

“a bit torn whether to give it 3 stars or 4, i mean, if you keep your expectation low, the place is fine, it does its job.
So first thing to get out of the way is appointment: go make it, don't just walk in, you will wait forever; that's seems to be main cause for 1 star reviews here, you will just sit there and wait forever as ppl who made appointment just bump you down the list.
Also, the place has no receptionist, check in is all done on a tablet. If you are reading this here on Google Review you be fine, but for those technologically challenged (eg: your grandpa/ma) please keep this in mind.
I made appointment at 12:30pm, arrived and checked in at 12:29pm, got out of there at 1:10pm, so even with appointment there is still a 40 minute wait, which echoes some of the reviews here. Don't expect this to be an in-and-out affair as some have experienced, and you be a happy camper.”
