Tokyo Japanese Outlet is like the dollar store of Japanese items except nothing actually costs just a dollar. There are numerous places around L.A. selling similar items, but if you've already paid parking to be at the Japanese Village Plaza in Little Tokyo for dinner or something, then I recommend giving this place a peek.
