The castle is quite amazing. Shows were fabulous!
Dinner was really spectacular and service was awesome.
You must come here and experience this place. Better than Disneyland.
Rooms: Quite spectacular. Very large with all the amenities.
Walkability: You can get to the Hollywood Bowl, Capitol Records, etc
Food & drinks: Amazing. I had beef wellington. My girl had filet mignon with lobster tail”
“Great location. Could walk to a lot of places we were going to or a short Uber ride. Very clean, very comfortable. Would stay here again.
Walkability: Being next to Ovation was very convenient.”
“Absolutely beautiful property, I loved the room it was spacious (love love love that), loved the decor. And, the bed was really comfortable. To this hotels management team I'd say that they should look into putting a full length mirror in every room...it's always nice to look yourself over before going out. Also, 2 towels in the bathroom just doesn't cut it for me.”
“We stayed here during June 2024. The location of the hotel is excellent- walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. The hotel is beautiful- a subtle glamor old Hollywood aesthetic. The room we stayed in, The Marilyn Monroe, was spacious with a comfy bed. The architecture and garden courtyard is usually where we had our complimentary savory and sweet croissants. The most stellar part of the stay was the amazing staff - from reception to valet- everyone was polite, professional, and warm. It made the stay even more special knowing the dedication of the staff. I will definitely be staying here agin and would recommend The Prospect to anyone looking for a quality hotel in Hollywood.”
“1. The room is large and clean
There is also a microwave which is very convenient?
2. The sound insulation is very, very bad⋯⋯⋯⋯
3. Breakfast is included, but there is only one lady serving it, so you need to wait.
4.?️There is a parking lot, the parking fee is 22 per night
5. The location is very good, very close to the Avenue of Stars
But there are many homeless people on the road out of the alley.
Pay attention to your own safety at night”
“This is such a beautiful peaceful, colourful and friendly place inside that big big L.A. - I enjoyed this place from the start on. Nice and clean rooms with a little kitchen (coffeemaker, refrigerator, microweave) inside. If I should come back to L.A., I know where I will stay again…it‘s here.
Safety: Culver City ist eine ruhige und sichere Gegend. Ich fühle mich im Motel und im gesamten Viertel rundum sicher.”

The ballet are super nice to get your car out swiftly and even have transportation if you have a spot you need to go within 2 miles of the hotel. Everyone is super helpful here as far as staff only thing is at the elevators take a very long time. There is one elevator, all the floors are waiting for about five minutes and sometimes longer than that no complaints!”

The only problem that I had was there was a dent on the trunk of my rental that wasn't there before I had them valet the car. And I know that it wasn't there because I actually rent cars out and I do a thorough walk around of the vehicle whenever I rent them for myself. Also, it's right by the button to press to open the trunk.”

We have stay at numerous Omni's before, but the LA one is by far the most extravagant. Upon arrival the Valet guys were on their A game and extremely friendly. They even gave us pointers and tips on where to dine & drink locally. The font desk staff all deserve awards for their attentiveness, knowledge and efficiency. Staying literally in the heart of downtown LA was everything, I mean everything to us. We were not far from Silverlake, were we spent most of our time. The elegance, the upscale and personalized service @ the Omni is like non other. And please visit the pool, one if not the best Hotel pool ever. It was a spectacular and sexy weekend for us! “The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles, where I stayed in late April, offered a luxurious urban retreat. Located in the vibrant heart of the city, the hotel provides easy access to LA's renowned attractions steps away from Crypto Arena formerly known as the Staple Center. The rooms offered panoramic views of the cityscape, and the rooftop pool was a serene escape from the urban bustle. The hotel's dining options were a highlight, featuring innovative cuisine and elegant settings.”

1100 S Broadway, Los Angeles“It took me a while to write a review, and I rarely (if ever) write reviews. I just simply wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for the hospitality and the services during my stay.I was there from May 4th to May 8th for a work conference in downtown LA. What drew me to this hotel was the consistent reviews I read online about the friendliness and hospitality at your hotel. I was also drawn by the southwestern aesthetics, since many hotels tend to have standard and more common interior designs, like minimalist and more modern designs. I was a bit skeptical if these reviews were too good to be true, but I'm glad I was proven wrong.I just want to give a special thanks to Jenny, Tia, Tiana, Dez, Daniel, Gilma, Pierre, David, and Jesus for their acts of kindness. They should have a raise! ;) I apologize for people I forgot to include. I appreciate feeling welcomed by your team. I enjoyed chatting with your team at the front desk or at the Caldo Verde lounge to know them a bit more. I truly enjoyed the humanness and the atmosphere there.Whether it was bringing additional towels, mats, or water (since I take medications), opening the passenger door of my Uber/taxi rides back to the hotel, fixing something in the bathroom, or watching over my luggage at the front desk to have a quick breakfast (special thanks for that!) before checking out to catch my flight back home, your acts of service and kindness do not go unnoticed. I didn't get to take as much advantage of the daily meal offer as much as I wished, but I did enjoy having your coffee lattes, cinnamon buns, huevos divorciados, and Little West Juice - Quench. If there is just one thing I would recommend, I hope that there could be a clock in the room just to track my time. It wasn't major, and (thankfully) I did have my cellphone to check the time as well as the room thermostat. It was truly a pleasure being a guest, and being there also made my experience in LA (first time traveling there) worthwhile. If I ever find a reason to return and visit LA, I'll be sure to book another stay at Downtown LA Proper Hotel to see some familiar faces next time. Thank you all so much! :)”

8384 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“Stayed here for 2 nights and had the best time: new hotel, big rooms, amazing comfy bad, nice small pool, great restaurant at the hotel and great restaurant selection within walking distance.”
“The room is very big. Comfortable bed. The shower had a hole in the front to turn on the shower prior to getting in, but it just allowed for water to spill out when you're showering. Not really smart when they put it in. Valet parking is $65 and doesn't offer self parking so that was annoying.”

8221 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles“Our Chateau Marmont experience somehow managed to exceed my expectations. We stayed a few days in one of the garden cottages and had a blast. If you have the ability to mix with the rich and famous without making a fool of yourself, there is great fun to be had. One of the best things about CM is its strict "no foolishness" policy, which does a great job of regulating behavior and creating a relaxed atmosphere. If you go to the Chateau planning on getting selfies with celebs or getting autographs or generally being a nuisance, stay elsewhere, because you'll be shown the door.
PROS: Really good vibes - the hotel is relaxed, not stuffy. Hotel staff were uber professional; by the third day, they knew who we were and treated us like insiders. The whole place drips of Hollywood history, so if you're a history nerd like me you'll be in heaven. If you hang out in the evening you will undoubtedly see famous people roll through the (very small) bar and restaurant.
CONS: The cottages are close to Sunset and you can hear the traffic. This is my only complaint.”
“Great hotel...good service.
Nice breakfast.
Would definitely stay here again with proximity to UCLA & Well pleased overall with this nice hotel.
Rooms: Very nice room.with a balcony.
Safety: Safe area in L.A.”

2528 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles“Rooms have cracks in the walls and wallpaper peeling a bit, the bathroom was tiny, BUT the rooms are VERY clean and the beds are comfortable. Even tho it was dated I would stay there again.
The service was extraordinary! I cannot say enough about Fred and all the staff that I had interactions with. Fred goes way above and beyond.
I was on the road side and was not bothered by the traffic at all. I was by the stairs and was not distrubed by noise.
Being on Sepulveda you have easy access to all throughways. Venice was 20 minutes, La Brea Tar Pits were 20 minutes, the Getty was 20 minutes, Will Rogers beach was a bit further not sure how far because we went to Westwood (10 minutes) right after the beach. Marina Del Ray was 20 minutes.
The parking garage is a nightmare I am so thankful that I did not wreck my rental so if renting a car get a prius or something small because that gargage is very difficult to maneuver.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay there and will never be able to say enough about how wonderful Fred was as well as the rest of the staff that I had encounters with.”

1224 Beverwil Dr, Los Angeles“Cameo hotel is a small boutique hotel, which is very charming. They have a nice lobby area with a pool table and library with a few games. The rooms are much smaller than I expected given that it was in Beverly Hills area but the service is great! They have a bunch of old photographs along the hallway, which gives it that vintage Hollywood vibe. I enjoyed staying here and would stay again if I need to!”

1133 Vine St, Los Angeles“We travel to LA 4-6 time a year and stay in the Hollywood area. We have experienced many of the hotels in this area and this is my favorite. First we were greeted by the General Manager Mudey, who is simply exceptional. Often in this part of town we experience a lack luster greeting, employees who won’t look you in the eyes, impatience and a general ‘I’m too hip to care’ attitude. It was so refreshing to encounter a confident, positive and gracious person willing to be helpful and kind after a long day of travel. The little things were often anticipated before we had to ask. Mudey really set the tone for our entire visit. The room was immaculate, large, and so very quiet. This area of Hollywood has a lot of activity and can be very loud at night. Cleanliness is everything, and this one was spotless, we really appreciate that! Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. This is the only hotel that has won my loyalty and made me want to return, I am looking forward to booking our next visit!”

404 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles“That was the most thoughtful surprise; I had a meeting back to back in DTLA for two days, which needed to be on time and prepare for it. My man, based on my meeting location, picked this hotel for me to stay in to make sure I won't be dealing with traffic going back and forth and being stressed out or late. It was such a great location and had everything that I needed: perfect internet service, room service, and also a mini fridge. Late bar, which, of course, I didn't get to use. They had a coffee shop, too, and I had a delicious breakfast, which was coming with my suite.”

1800 Argyle Ave, Los Angeles“The Everly hotel in Hollywood was an amazing experience that was the cherry on top of our trip to LA! The rooms and atmosphere in the hotel were beautiful and the staff by the valet were so helpful taking care of my car. James especially was full of joy and made us feel welcomed. Jade was amazing as well and took care of us from the time we walked in to when we left. We will most definitely be coming back!”
“Although the hotel does not have an attractive surroundings, this inconvenience is compensated by a lobby with an atmospheric bar and lobby. For some, a small minus may be loud parties in the hotel club, which is located at the very top. However, I would certainly return to this hotel next time.Rooms: The rooms are clean and spacious, although I do not recommend the view of the courtyard.”
“Stayed at the Sofitel while a family member was being treated at nearby Cedar-Sinai. It's expensive, we stayed for 2 nights and with the $200 incidental hold they put on the account it's almost $900. The hold will be returned after the room is inspected and verified to be free of damage. They also have valet only parking and charge per night for that. The hotel itself was very nice. Everything was spotless in the room and they left chocolates at the bedside, the room includes a mini-bar but it's insanely expensive ($35 for a bulleit cocktail, $8 for a 8oz red bull, $9 for gummy bears, etc.) and the rainfall showerhead is really nice. The staff was very friendly and even on Monday night when there was a Jazz event downstairs at the venue I didn't really hear it. My only real complaint outside of the mini-bar prices is the comforter on the bed. They didn't provide a sheet just this really heavy comforter. It was stifling, I couldn't sleep with it over me because I started to sweat even when my room was 65 degrees and if I kicked it completely off I wasn't comfortable either. I really wish they had a lighter comforter and sheet. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, it's very pricy but it's in a great area with easy access to shopping, food, the hospital, etc. If we have someone at Cedar again we'll probably stay again, just steer clear of that mini-bar like I did and maybe bring your own sheets.”
