“We chose the hotel based on the availability of parking at the hotel, proximity to Hollywood Boulevard and reasonable cost. And everything coincided! We asked for a quiet room and they provided it to us. The area around the hotel is quiet, despite the fact that there is a highway nearby, and there are no homeless people. Solid recommendations!”

“They require a deposit for the room they said it will be returned but they never did , also the valet parking flooded my car and crash it in less than a week they never made me a discount or anything it’s crazy seems like they scam you with the deposit for the ”

“This is a great place to stay. 5 minutes walk to Hollywood Blvd. And so many shops. 5 minutes to a little grocery store. About 10 minutes drive to universal studios.. and about a 20 minute walk to the wax museum. Which is very cool.. not the hollywood wax though. Madame tussauds is way better.. the staff are amazing too.”

“This review is for the hotel and their AMAZING front desk hostess. After calling numerous places to book a hotel last minute at 9pm at night while still trying to get a fair price i came across calling this place. Christina answered the phone with a nice warm welcome and ensured the pricing on their website is what it will be when I come in and if it changed she was willing to price match. I came in and the booking was smooth, just the hospitality and the willing to make their customers happy is beyond what you see in this world. She definitely made my experience at best western great ! I will definitely be booking again.”

“Great location, loved the rooftop pool. Friendly staff - excited to the new lobby when they finish up the renovation. Oh and shout out to the valet staff who would plug in our car every night (without being asked) was a nice touch to come out to full charge every morning.”

“Loved this hotel!! Super clean Smirna (front desk) was an Angel, Super helpful :D Walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. That's why I booked it. Their parking fee is much more reasonable than the other hotels around. Definitely going to be the hotel I got to for the Hollywood Bowl. See you next year!!”

“Management are super cool and very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend this hotel. My room was clean, no bugs and a peaceful stay. There are a lot of homeless around the hotel but that's everywhere you go nowadays. They keep hotel clean and keep the homeless off the property. The only downfall is parking but my time there I did not have any issues parking. I stayed in room 243 and 237 both rooms were great! They went far and beyond to accommodate me. The 2 gentleman at the front desk were awesome.”

“Horrible experience with GABBY. Absolutely disgusting person. She’s rude yelled at me over the phone so disgusting ?. She’s the worst they need to fire her asap that’s horrible brings down the whole environment. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. “Very nice hotel located near Hollywood bd which is easily reachable on foot. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. All equipment was perfectly functional. Parking costs UDS 38.- per day, a bit expensive. The rooms are not cleaned every day. The restaurant located in the same building but managed independently is perfect for breakfast.”
