My deposit made on 11/2 haven't cleared yet.Called the bank and was told it now takes 3 days before check clears ???Before funds would be available the following day. Never received a prior notice

Every other branch is good but I am switching my entire business banking because of how frustrating this branch is. Treated poorly every time after years and the bank won’t let you switch home bank.

This bank is a joke... not even able to withdraw from a card because their machine is not working? Seriously?? Fix it and be professional
