Friendly environment East West Bank is everything a bank should be. They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with East West Bank!

Nope - they failed the compliance check. They change the minimum deposit requirement like hotcakes - which is not legal. Yikes.....

The worst customer service I got in the bank. Heidi Ha who is the supervisor should not be even a worker in bank. I asked her for simple wire transfer and she handed a form asking me to fill and gave me a hard time filling it, even though other banks do all the work for you. If I could give 0 star I would.
