The service is poor. When ask to speak to a manager they sa it will take 48 hours to get back to me. Its been 4 days and no calls!

I've been banking with them for 5 years. I've only needed to go into a branch one time, and it was a pleasant experience.

Difficult for seniors to manage. It takes multiple calls to schedule with assigned agent. Often accents are difficult for seniors and false promises for timeliness are common.
