10AM - 6PM
1917-1921 E 7th St, Los Angeles“Really helpful and reasonable supplies happy to help entertainers and performers! Stopped in to get black ⚫️ mixing for performing from the darkness for a show and come out with unicorn mask and other things”
“I was desperately trying to find somebody to re-cane a beautiful mid century chair that my cats had torn to shreds. I searched high and low, and couldn't find anyone to fix it, until a vintage shop in Atwater recommended this place. I am so excited and happy that they did. I brought my chair in and they gave me a very reasonable estimate. The owner and the people that work there are very friendly, but more importantly, they do amazing work. My chair looks absolutely stunning! It looks exactly like it looked before my cats got to it. This place is amazing!”
“Top's is a small art supply business. They have a LOT of good stuff, and some things are a lil pricier but it makes sense because it's not a big company or anything! If you're tryna save money try going during their back to school saleThe employees know a lot about art, and are very helpful! Even if it's a bit pricier I come often because of the service and knowing that I'm supporting a business that truly appreciates art :')”
“A must visit in LA when you need gifts or a pick-me-up! Plus, the owners are wonderful humans who treat their employees with respect and care about their community!”
10AM - 7PM
5030 York Blvd, Los Angeles“As a stationary GEEK this was a threatening store to my wallet. The color coded sections are absolutely stunning and the employees were super friendly!!!They have all kinds of pens, pencils, markers, ink, lead, clips, paints, calendars, notebooks, cards, candles, journals, planners and more. It really is a perfect shop.Perfect for anyone who is wanting to get nice stationary items, get organized, or just loves stationary. I restrained from buying too much but the things I got I still absolutely love and use. (Mainly pens and markers because it's my obsession)So worth a stop! Right next to Crush + Touch also!!”
“Sawtelle Smoke and Vape Shop. Let me tell you—nobody does it better, okay? It’s tremendous. You walk in, and BOOM, it’s like winning the lottery of smoke shops.
They have a humidifier case for their cigars, folks. Humidifiers! Most places? They don’t care if your cigars are dry as a desert. But here? Fresh cigars, the freshest cigars. Tremendous respect for cigars.
And so many NATURAL tobacco wraps in that humidifier! I mean, who does that anymore? Nobody. It’s like they care about variety and your wraps staying fresh, unlike those other places. Sad! You’d be lucky to find two flavors of Backwoods at other places!
Now, the kratom selection? Unbelievable. Drinks, shots, powders, capsules—and wait for it—7-hydroxymitragynine tablets. I don’t even know what that is, but it sounds incredible, doesn’t it? You’ve got options, people. It’s like a kratom paradise.
Cigarettes? Cheapest I’ve ever seen. Only 11 bucks flat for Marlboros! I mean, that’s practically giving them away. Other places, they’ll charge you an arm and a leg. Not Sawtelle. They love their customers. Fantastic pricing.
The RAW products? They’ve got EVERYTHING. Papers, cones, terp-infused cones—yes, infused! Trays, bags, mugs, grinders. They even have stuff you didn’t know you needed, and now you can’t live without. It’s unbelievable.
And Bear Quartz? The best. Only the best products, folks. And the incense—HUGE selection. You like incense? You’re going to lose your mind here. Dirt cheap, too. Practically a steal.
Montana spray paint? Every single color. Not just one or two sad cans on a shelf. EVERY color. It’s like an art supply wonderland. And the Sakura solid markers? Phenomenal. Artists, rejoice. You’re welcome.
Now here’s the kicker—if you spend over $40 on bongs (and why wouldn’t you?), you get to spin the wheel. That’s right, folks. Spin the wheel, and you’re guaranteed—GUARANTEED!—30-40% off. I mean, it’s a deal so good it should be illegal, but it’s not. Genius. Great staff too, very knowledgeable and patient with questions!
Honestly, I could go on forever. So many products, it’s ridiculous. You’ll walk in and think, “Wow, I’ve made it.” Five stars? No, this place deserves a MILLION stars. Tremendous. The BEST smoke shop. Believe me.”
“Absolutely wonderful little shop! Gary was incredibly accommodating and helpful. This place is a smorgasbord of papery delights. I came across this place doing a little Google search & cannot recommend them enough!”
“I love coming here. Their staff is amazing, very helpful. They have the best selection of spray paint. Indoor and exterior. They also give free stickers and boxes.I come from Bakersfield for all my Mural Projects.”
“The customer service is very professional and the quality of the work deserves my respect. I would undoubtedly recommend their services to other fellow photographers.”
“They have a great selection of paints and materials. The staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find the right thing for your project. It's pretty hidden away but well worth a visit!”
10:45AM - 4:30PM
4567 Whittier Blvd, Los Angeles“The ladies that work here are always helpful. Been shopping here for years and every time I need thing for arts and crafts or cake decorations, they have what I need”
“This is such a cool store with a bunch of educational toys you won't find anywhere else. I was overwhelmed by their selection. My niece was very happy with her gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.”
“SICK A** STOREFRONT bunch of nice cans mops and all kinds of vandal needs haha & the Asian homie Andrew (i believe that's his name) is dope!! 10/10 place would definitely recommend if you need some quick paint + nice art exhibitions/galleries”
“If I die and get to go to heaven, I am going to ask the bus driver to stop at Blick so I can load up on supplies. I will unload my haul at the gates and wait for all the cool kids (aka the creatives) to come meet me. I will let them use all of my markers, paper and paint in exchange for their advisement on how to best decorate a proper heaven.
Until then, I rely on the incredibly helpful staff at Blick as tour guides to my life's aspirations.”
“Came in to set up a 2nd board to use at the park that was smaller than my original cruiser. The guy at the shop was very helpful and found me the best bang for the buck in my price range. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.”
“Baller is the only frame shop I use. They do immaculate work. The owner is also a very kind and talented artist whose paintings I adore. Highly recommended for all framing and art supply needs.”
“Great selection of beads. Fun little clearance sections with great prices. Would definitely recommend this store. Really good pricing and wide selection of findings and threads as well. I will definitely be going back!”
“This is my happy place. I was in heaven to re-enter after COVID, especially since F & S closed. They alone also still have the odd policy of cutting the cloth to an nth of an inch and then allowing returns.
The friendly and patient staff is worth the drive, along with notions and fabric (they had Liberty of London last year) --- I have given clothes that are impossible to replace a new life! I found the same fabric as at MOOD for 2/3 the price.”
“My most favorite art supply store in Hollywood, CA. Great selections and many suppliers from all over the world. Their service is also so great and they let me try some pens and markers. I bought their arches paper 30” x 22” and made art of my drawing and with posca and golden high flow that I tried at the store before I bought. The art turned out really good and liked working on the paper and pens. Thank you Blue Rooster!”
