173 Main St, Los Altos“Such a lovely children’s bookstore! They have a very wide range of selection for books and toys for little ones. Worry not, they also have a small section for young adults as well.Personally, I love their collection of puzzles. There are many rare puzzles that I couldn’t find it online or Amazon. These are amazing!Oh, the staff is very friendly. They also have a gift wrapping station.”
“A lively and big store. For a local small business, this place is very big with lots of merchandise for different audiences. Boys, girls, babies, toddlers, young kids and even adults. From single player to groups and families. I was quite impressed with the variety of the products they had to offer, and the price was very decent, too. No wonder it was so lively. The staff were very nice, helpful and humorous. Will come back next time if I’m in the area.”
“88 CardHouse goes above and beyond every time I visit them. It’s not that often because it’s a far drive for me currently, but even when I needed some playable pokemon cards for a tournament later that day, they thought they had a few in stock but when I drove almost an hour to get there they didn’t have any so they gave me THEIR OWN CARD out of THEIR OWN DECK! That’s so incredibly kind and they really care about their customers AND playerbase. They also recently upgraded all of their chairs to rolling, comfortable office chairs. They really are for the players and I can’t recommend this place enough.”
“Bookasaurus is a gem of a bookstore, filled to the brim with a wide selection of books and gifts. The manager is incredibly kind, even offering free gift wrapping, which makes it my go-to spot for children's gifts. What sets this store apart, though, is the staff. They're not just kind; they're genuinely passionate about getting kids excited about reading. They have a gentle approach that's great with children, making every visit a delight.”

1568 Laurel St, San Carlos“I recently sold some items at this hidden gem of a consignment store, and I had such a great experience! The selection of clothing (especially winter gear, games, toys, strollers, etc.) is impressive, featuring a wide range of styles, sizes, and brands. The quality of their gently used items is impeccable. They do a great job curating their collection for both fashion and functionality for littles. The staff is so friendly, patient, and informative.
I also appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of consignment shopping, contributing to sustainability and reducing waste in the fashion industry. It's a win-win for both parents and the planet!
Whether you're a parent on a budget or simply enjoy finding unique pieces for your little ones, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic finds and a delightful shopping experience for their kids.”
“The vibe is best comic book shop in Sunnyvale! Marshall warmly greeted me! Wanted to catch up w/ Keanu's BRZRKR. Didn't see any on the shelf. Without hesitation, Marshall came to the rescue! He found the bound Vol 2 trade paperback! Now, that's service! The selection of titles is comprehensive! Back issues even to the 90s were readily available. Ryan, the proprietor, is a great guy! Any comic book or graphic novel author/artist/creator would be honored to have a book signing there! Love the clean, modern, up-to-date feel of Comics Conspiracy! Will be back to buy more titles! Woohoo!”
“Very nice bookstore, clean, well-equipped, it feels cozy and has a wide assortment of children's books (it's what we were going to look for) and in addition to books we liked that they have very nice Legos of plants for sale.”
“I love everything about this place. Non-toxic and organic everything! I know I can always find something for my daughter. They have clothes, books, toys, and furniture. Just a heads up, it is $$$$ (and yes, four dollar signs); it is easy to spend $$$$ on a few things. Whenever Christmas or my daughter's birthday comes up, I know where to go. The reason for two stars? Limited on what they offer and parking. Definitely take a visit if you have a upcoming baby shower or a birthday party for kids!”

5245 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Santa Clara“Huge fan of this place. The selection is solid, the people are friendly but don't hover near you when you're browsing. This and Isle of Gamers are my favorite nerd shops in the area.
Update: this place still rules. Still super friendly, and they have a pretty active discord.”

1952 W El Camino Real, Mountain View“For people who want to collect Sonny Angels, this store does not have any. When I asked the worker, he said he didn't even know what they were. The store had an ok selection of things though, and was pretty clean which was great. Overall an enjoyable place to shop around / look around in, albeit no Sonny Angels. (a previous reviewer said they had a huge collection)”
“Our water in Santa Clara contains substantial ground water which frequently doesn't taste that great so we've been buying five gallon bottles of drinking water for nearly thirty years. I discovered Jenny's recently and couldn't be happier, you buy a twenty five dollar card and it costs 25 cents per gallon, better than most dispensary machines. I wish I knew about the store when we hosted birthday parties for our children it's filled with all sorts of five and dime items and lots of things young children might want. Certainly worth taking a quick look, wish I had done it sooner.”
“This toy store is fantastic! Every shelf is filled with games or puzzles or books or stickers or some toy! It feels so nice to walk into a real local toy store and not a toy department within a large corporation! Excellent customer service with complimentary gift wrap!”
