Sweet Diplomacy® Gluten-Free
209 1st St, Los AltosVeg / Vegan review ?:
1. Cappuccino (5/5): out of the world! Comes in the cutest cup, I got mine with soy and they don’t charge extra.
2. Vegan Brownie (3/5): love it, but very generic tasting. On the dark chocolate side else I’d rate it 2/5.
3. Vegan cupcake, New York: (4.5/5): chocolate on dark chocolate. Omg yummy. I rarely like cupcakes this is awesome.
4. Vegan chocolate cake: (5/5): Phenomenal, a bit dense and too heavy but amazing.

iJuice - Cold Pressed Health Bar
299 1st St, Los AltosQuality of the juice was pricey but peering at the juice-making process I garnered that the quality of the product was high. Chilled fruits and vegetables are weighed on a scale, and juiced. Never have I ever drank a fresher juice.

Sweet Shop
994 Los Altos Ave, Los AltosFun small shop with sweets, froyo, cold drinks, and more within biking distance from Palo Alto (there is a bike path that drops off right out front of the store). It is very easily accessible from street parking and a handicap spot as well. The froyo is surprisingly low cost for the area and a small is more than enough for one person. Other small candies are individually packaged as well. There is a location outside for dogs and a dog water bowl.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spot right in front with accessible door.

Satura Cakes
200 Main St, Los AltosI came here for a small snack for breakfast since we were in the area. The baked goods all looked delicious and I went with the Almond Croissant. All the seats were taken but there was no line to order. I just ate the Almond Croissant outside the shop, it was pretty tasty and made for a good breakfast. If you're looking for a morning pick me up, Satura Patisserie is a good choice!

State of Mind Public House and Pizzeria
101 Plaza N, Los AltosMy family and I loved this place, from the ambiance, staff, decor, games, and of course the food, even the bathroom decor. It was a good experience. Pizza was 10/10 in my opinion, wings seem like they were from wingstop, and the fam and I be loving some wingstop, and even the salad was fresh and hearty with toppings, nice selection of beers and wines. We will definitely be coming back ??

Bevri - Los Altos
325 Main St, Los AltosWOWWW! Delicious, unique, and authentic are the best words for Bevri. Nestled in Los Altos downtown with amazing outdoor and indoor seating Bevri is an amazing fast fine dining restaurant! The servers are very kind and attentive even when there are lots of customer cracking jokes here and there:)! We started off with a really cool drink called Tarkhun Tarragon soda which was a green drink that came out in a fancy glass authentic bottle. It looked like it was straight from Georgia! It was delicious and there was lots of it! It tasted like a super sweet and carbonated fennel drink. Very unique. For food we started with the Georgian special Khachapuri Adjaruli which was basically loads of delicious, steaming, and mildly pungent cheese in a boat of flaky, soft, and fresh bread. Now on the menu it makes it seem as if they just drop a raw egg yolk on the Khachapuri but that is not the case as our server clarified. Your server will mix the egg with the hot cheese partially cooking the egg making the cheese mixture even creamier! Very fulfilling and tasted like a superior fondue! After we got the Artichokes with Baje which were also amazing, but pales in comparison to the Khachapuri. The artichokes were well cooked with some kind of chilli oil on top of them which gave it a kick. The majority of the dish was really creamy mashed potatoes with cheese which were seasoned perfectly but they weren't anything crazy special! We only got one main dish because we were fulfilled just from the starters! I am so glad we got the Chicken Mtsvadi. The dish almost reminded me of Indian chaat because of the sweet zesty sauce on the potatoes and the green sort of chutney that came with the dish. The chicken was SOOO GOOD! It was PERFECTLY marinated and cooked! When complemented with the pomegranates for sweetness and crunch the chicken really elevated. The potatoes thought basic were cooked amazingly and the sweet zesty glaze on top of them just elevated the whole dish to another level. Finally after putting the tangy refreshing green "chutney" over the whole dish it tasted like heaven! OVERALL Bevri was amazing. It wasn't crazy expensive. In fact tips are not encouraged which was the weirdest thing I have seen! The servers were kind, the ambiance was beautiful, and the food was JAW DROPPING. For these three dishes which fed 3 people it ended up being $88 which wasn't bad at all for the quality. I definitely recommend Bevri to others and so am already planning my next visit!

Village Pantry
184 2nd St, Los AltosJulie is amazing attentive and frequently remembers what her regulars order and their preferences. Never a long wait...even when packed...food comes out hot and you can taste all the ingredientes are fresh and locally sourced!! She even makes her own hot sauce which i love and her own juices including lemonade so good!! We usually sit outside on the patio to enjoy a beautiful sunny los altos day but have eaten inside too and its so cute and homey. You can just tell with the family photo and card wall that this business is built out of love for cooking and each other and their los altos community where they have been well regarded and a staple for years.

The Pho Cabin
200 State St
Los Altos, CA 94022
I went there for an early bowl of Pho on a Saturday evening and got seated immediately. It's a cozy street corner location with a clean table and chair setup. We have tried to dine here before but there was always a line to get in and at least a 15 minute wait time. The menu fits on one side of letter size paper and the beef selections featured only lean cuts.
I ordered the Brisket Pho which was brought to me promptly. The beef was indeed lean and plentiful. The broth and noodles were good, nothing special.
Service was great and I guess it's popular for the lean beef selections with the wait times due to the limited seating. I prefer fattier cuts so I'll repeat if Wifey insists. Free city lot parking is nearby and usually available.
Parking: City parking lots are available but can be difficult during high times.

Holder's Country Inn - Los Altos
134 Main St, Los AltosI grew up coming to Holder's in Almaden and didn't realize it was a chain until later! It is nostalgic of my childhood breakfast and brunches and i love that not much had changed and the food tastes better than ever! I got the mushroom & avocado omelette and chose the pancakes (but u can also choose toast). I love that pancakes come as an included side whereas other breakfast places don't have this. The pancakes r pretty thick and fluffy and u get 2 comes with butter ball on top. I loved my omelette, so much mushroom and veggies!! Also that the hashbrown was not too burnt and cooked perfectly. My bf got the meat lovers and loved there was so much meat. He also loved the pancakes and almost made it the main focus. We both really enjoyed the food and service here is so quick and friendly as well! Def recommend.
