The experience here definitely made my dogs tail wag for his birthday.I called the morning before my puppy's first birthday inquiring on a cake or dog birthday treats, and I came in after work and the delivery of cakes came in- perfect timing.The lady who helped me greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I told her I was shopping for my dog's birthday and she remembered me from the phone.She was super friendly and let me browse through all the cakes till i found what I wanted. I then took a browse throughout the store for gifts. The store is small, but organized. Upon checking out, she mentioned that she would put together a birthday bag for my dog, and the gentleman working there put it together. I was stunned with all the goodies they gave me. Toys and treats to add to my puppy's birthday, as well as a coupon for future purchases.My pup will be so happy, and they made me happy that I could give so much for my puppy's first birthday.DEFINITELY recommend coming here. The staff are helpful and kind.

101 Plaza N, Los AltosI visited State of Mind Public House for pizza before heading to the 49er game. Great place to hangout and watch football. We had a Pepperoni pizza and a Barebottle Brewing Hazy IPA. Delicious. The Pizza was cooked just right. Thin, but able to fold and eat perfectly without losing any toppings. Crust was light and didnt make me feel bad later. The servers were fantastic, and couldn't wait to refill our drinks! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Satura Cakes
200 Main St, Los AltosBe sure to double check they give you the right cake!! Ordered the matcha cheesecake and only noticed at home that I received the regular one ? (which i would never have ordered; came for matcha and they were out of matcha mont blanc and matcha puff) was super disappointed to not have what I came to buy and spend $11 on something I don’t like.
i also bought some other cakes for others- the earl gray (very light earl gray taste) and yuzu cake which were both good (soft and a slightly crunchy texture). The truffle basque cheese cake was interesting but no one was a huge fan of the taste. Service was ok, didn’t even give a bag to carry out(nearly dropped one of the boxes…) Overall a bit too pricey for a tiny slice of cake so most likely won’t be back.

351 Main St, Los AltosI frequent Los Altos Tasting room regularly. It is a nice, relaxing place to go to after a hard day at work. The wine is excellent, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially Theo and Vince. Many times the owner, Benny, is there and will give you his insight on the different wines he is producing. I highly recommend this establishment.

The Courtyard Long Bar & Bistro

The restaurant was super clean and very nice ambiance. TV's at the booths. The only complaint was that service was a little slow and the food took longer than usual. There was only 2 tables in the whole restaurant. The server was really nice so not dinging any stars.
