“My husband and I came to Tuxedo Wearhouse last weekend to get my dress altered for an event next month, absolutely loved coming to check out all of the styles they have to offer. He did already have a suit, so he didn't need to rent from them, but I did need alterations to get my evening dress fitting the way I wanted. Amy helped me and not only was she very attentive to my concerns, but she also explained how she would alter my dress to fit correctly! My husband and I are so happy to have stumbled upon Tuxedo Wearhouse and of course AMY! Thank you Amy, we really appreciate your attention to detail! Next time we are looking for a new suit or tuxedo we will most definitely be back!”

“Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

“Love this store! Jacob was superhelpful in helping me find a great business suit! He went out of his way to help me find shoes similar to what I'd pair with the suit to get a better feel of how it would look put together. The tailor, Mr.Said, took careful measurements and voila the suit was ready in a couple weeks! And Peter today helped me pick it up. (And he may have a second career as a Yelp cinematographer!) Super gracious! Zegna never disappoints! Been here before and now back again!”

“This was fun. Blondie and I stopped by to just look around. I'm not in a position to shop here, except for something special perhaps. On the first floor is the cologne/perfume area, and I looked for a Dolce & Gabbana area, which they don't have. When I asked someone, I got attention from three people who were eager for me to try some exclusive brand that NM carries. We started talking about cologne scents like others discuss wine, which was new for me. Do I like citrus, or something a bit astringent? I didn't even know how to answer, but they had plenty of options for me to try. They handed me a glass of champagne, and even offered a second, which I declined. I took a look at the third floor restaurant and bar, because I was more likely to eat there than shop much elsewhere in the store. The menu looked casual impressive. Again, I really enjoy looking around a NM, regardless of whether I get anything.”

“Seroun and the rest of the staff at WB were amazing. Usually salespeople at higher end boutiques can be standoffish, but these girls were kind and warm. They gave great suggestions without being pushy at all. The designer inventory here is much better (and better organized) than next door Neiman's, plus they have amazing sales. We will definitely be coming back!”

“I love shopping at the store for the men in my life. I recently bought a shirt for my daughters boyfriend for Xmas. I gave two shirts in different sizes to see which fit better and wanted them back so I could wrap them as presents. He did not want to give one back because he liked it so much. I finally convinced him to return it. He's very fit but a little muscular and loved the slim, large fit. It's now a joke in our family that it's his favorite shirt to my daughters annoyance. Really terrific staff at the palo Alto location. I have also purchased several very nice dresses for myself. These are some of my favorite dressy casual's.”

Paid attention to details and was all around helpful to complete the look head to toe. The pants were not in stock, but he was able to get that shipped to home, so it works! It is an enjoyable experience and definitely will come back.”

“We like to visit this Kohls location because it's nice, big and clean. You can find almost everything that you are looking for at any Kohls. The drawback is that usually there are fewer people working at the checkout so the checkout process is slower. They have good sales and Kohls cash back promotions so it is easy to find good deals. Plus more discounts if you have a Kohls charge card. Good and clean fitting rooms too!”

“I recently had such a good experience with this Hot Topic. I've come to this location a few times the last couple of years and it's changed so much! For starters, the team's customer service skills are great! I also had some $5 coupons that one of the workers (Alex if I remember correctly?) checked my account for, thank you! The 2 cashiers were so nice and friendly to my kids, who are whining about going back already This is probably the best I've seen this store run in a few years, so kudos to Newparks Hot topic! Hopefully the mall grows with the new construction plan which would help the rest of the mall not look like a ghost town anymore”

“Some discounted deals toward the back - clean organized store even just days before Christmas. Discount rack toward the back - for super bargains. They had good prices overall to begin with. I liked the quality of their belts for example. Good value for the dollar - simple clean design. No nonsense. Probably won't last forever but for now my search is over. Clean organized store. During this holiday shopping madness - I'm sure it means that the people who work here actually do a good job at multitasking. Like they say at restaurants - "if there is time to lean there is time to clean." The jeans looked ok here - didn't try any on ever - I think I noticed an advertisement for a model in a wheelchair wearing them. Nice touch for equality. Overall it is in Newpark mall which is lots less popular than Stoneridge or the San Francisco Super Premium Glorious Outlet Mall of Livermore.”
