Mostly paid extra and went to original car dealers and later worked with a repair shop in Palo Alto which was awesome but unfortunately shut down when the owner decided to retire. After a few experiments went to Allied ( who actually is the closest to where I live. They are awesome. Our two BMWs and my Porsche are in great hands!!”

“I would like to thank Greg and his team at Los Altos Gas Auto Care on El Camino for helping my mom and I on two different occasions. The first time, my mom’s friend’s car rear taillight went out, I looked for a shop nearby and it showed this one right across the street from her home. We dropped by hoping we could fix it the same day and Greg was able to care of it within 15 minutes and we were on our way.The second time was just recently when I tried to turn my car on and it would just shut off on me. Due to personal health issues I haven’t driven my car in a very long time and knowing that the shop that I usually take my car to is too far from here caused me enormous amount of stress. I thought about this shop immediately but I was almost 100% sure that they would turn me away because not everyone agrees to work on this specific make. I decided to try my luck anyway and to my surprise they agreed to do a diagnostic and oil change. I scheduled an appointment the following day, my car was ready within a couple of hours with no issues whatsoever.One very important thing I want to point out:As a woman, I greatly appreciate and respect them for their honesty and not taking advantage me as many shops usually try to do. I would have paid any price to fix my car at this point but I have never seen service prices like the ones here. I almost feel guilty and undercharged, in my opinion, I should have paid double the amount for their service and care. Nevertheless, my car feels great, drives very smoothly with no issues. I am looking forward to coming back to get my brakes replaced soon. Highly recommend!”

it! After making an appointment with Patrick he helped me today. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly and told me what time to expect the alignment would be done. He was honest describing that there is only one mechanic on Tuesdays so it would take longer than usual. He called me sooner than expected to say the work was done. He thoroughly explained the sheet detailing each tire as to what it was originally and what it is after the work was done and showed me that each was in the acceptable range.
