This place is so poorly soundproofed I can hear people’s change jingling in their pockets outside and every word in hushed-voice conversation. Awesome service, hugely vibesy decor, terrible bones. The plywood floors are an interesting choice. No blackout drapes which is a silly cost-saving measure.

Nice place to hang outside and room 3 was fine, but did not sleep at all...four large compressor units running extremely LOUD all night long keeping the refrigerators cold at the convenience store next door. Unfortunately, will not stay there again...

The Alamo Motel is a little gem: well located, sparkling clean rooms with selected design, friendly staff and beautiful grounds with a fireplace. I would not hesitate to stay at the Alamo Motel again.
