I always do their free fit test which consists of standing and walking on a mat that takes measurements of your feet and pressure distribution as well as walking on a treadmill to determine certain things (in my case, pronation). This is why I don’t buy sneakers online
Last but not least!.. The customer service is ?. Nobody here is pushy or sales-y. I never feel like I’m being upsold on a pair of shoes that don’t fit my needs. And everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. This time around, Kenny helped me out and he was top notch. Can’t recommend him enough along with the rest of the Snail’s Pace crew.”
“Hoka shoe's maybe expensive but they are worth every dollar they feel like your walking on clouds. Your feet will be happy everyday. I was recommended by a podiatrist to go to Runners High so now I will never buy another kind of shoe for my foot again they are the best type of shoe with people who have hard time walking heal to toe like me I walk on outside of my feet but these shoes will make you walk correctly and comfortable. Plus they come in a wide for the width if you have wide fat feet like me or if your feet swell it's better to get wide in your size.”

“Are you getting broken off cause your boots suck? Are the crayons you usually eat not the right color for a shine? Then come here because their work is great. They do old fashioned spit shine, none of that painting or leather luster business, at a great price with great service.”
“I bought already like 5-6 boots from this place to ATL. I get asked all the time where do I get my boots. The quality is 10/10 and their customer service is great too. I personally message them through instagram and usually you gotta wait on a manager. For example I had a boot and it had a small defect. They took back the boots and got a new pair. Just try your shoes on carpet”

“Best shoe store in the area: Excellent customer service and shoe selection Mr. Bodell was helpful and patient as he looked for the best fitting, most comfortable shoes for my husband, who has side effects from cancer treatment, including swelling in his left foot, peripheral neuropathy, and limited mobility. This was the first place we stopped when looking for shoes because we knew they were knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Bodell was also patient with me, a finicky customer, when bringing out different shoes for me try. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I wanted, but I will return when they get in their new stock for spring.”

She knows which ones do what for your specific application and was also extremely helpful with the boots and fit. Also very friendly which helps (cuz I hate shopping ?)”

“We have gone to Dance Threadz when starting point for my daughter at age 10, one of the owners, "Ashley" is exceptional. She measure your child's feet to be certain of sizing, even if you bring in your old pointe shoes. Then, she looks at the shank, arch, lift and ask what ballet studio you're from as she has gotten accustomed to knowing what the teachers often asks their students to have alongside the aesthetic the studio is looking for in their ballerinas. It is very helpful and useful information. She checks the front of the crown of your ballet shoe, the back if it's too high, if you're wide feet then she checks for sizing and depth to keep the lift and look of the shoe up. If they don't have something in stock, she lets you know how long it will take to order it. We spent 2 hours there and Ashley gave us that time while allowing us flexibility to return if the ballet teacher did not like the point shoe she was fitted into (this applies only if the point shoe was not worn, sewn on with straps and is in sellable condition". One of her assistants, "Taylor" was equally helpful and patient. I have to say, they never lost patience with us nor treated you any less than you should as a customer. Ashley knows her fittings; she danced before too! Taylor, she was also a ballerina. You're in good hands with Dance Threadz. Make your appt. with Ashley in particular from my experience, she is there almost everyday by 12 noon. She has been doing this for 20 years.”

Just got some customs online with a big pic of my daughters cute face on them and custom black and red components and they are the coolest shoes ever.. only $100, $75 after my coupon! Come on, that's just awesome. And the print is perfect. I got some about a decade ago of my dogs and they still look great. The slip ons are already my favorite shoe but then with the customization, they are the greatest shoes of all time.. GO VANS!!!! P.S. I emailed them asking to get the shoes for my daughters birthday party and they rushed it out and got them to me in time... cherry on top.. company is totally radical :)”

“I went in for a visit on 3/24/24, early afternoon. I am replacing my entire shoe wardrobe to accommodate new medical devices that are nonnegotiable, and must fit in the shoes I am wearing. After asking around, I heard Vans were a good start with braces. I went in that day, explained what I was looking for, and was literally helped the entire hour I was in the store, and personally attended to without a break. I tried on more than five styles and more than ten pairs and the folks working were so unbelievably kind in getting everything I needed, even if that meant having the items shipped. I would absolutely shop here again. Best customer service I have received in a long time.”
“I love this store. I come here more often than I probably should. They have a great selection for men, women, and kids sizes. They also typically have some great deals going on. On top of that the service here is always great. If you wanna be left alone they will do that, but if you have questions, suggestions, or need help finding something they will do that too.”

“This Marshall's is actually pretty nice inside. I didn't really peruse any of the items out on the floor but the Mens' restroom was clean and smelled pretty good (for a bathroom) seemed to be an adequate amount of employees hovering about for the number of shoppers when I walked through to use their restroom.”
