“I visited the Long Beach store a couple of weeks ago and Shay helped me. She was friendly, informative, and very patient. I really appreciate the way she took the time to listen to me to ensure she understood my needs. She brought out multiple different shoes for me to try based on the free foot analysis she did on me. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of orthotics as well as the "recovery shoe" and the inbox treatment. At work I do up to 22,000 steps per day five days a week and I have pre osteoarthritis in my right knee due to this. Shay helped me pick out the right shoes to fit my needs. I can honestly say my knee has already been feeling a bit better with the new shoes and after work my legs and feet don't feel as sore and tired. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go get a free foot analysis at Lucky Feet and a new pair of shoes based on the finding of the foot analysis once a year at a minimum. The shoes are an investment indeed but it's an investment that can save you from aches and pains further down the road (or from current aches and pains progressing).”

“Hoka shoe's maybe expensive but they are worth every dollar they feel like your walking on clouds. Your feet will be happy everyday. I was recommended by a podiatrist to go to Runners High so now I will never buy another kind of shoe for my foot again they are the best type of shoe with people who have hard time walking heal to toe like me I walk on outside of my feet but these shoes will make you walk correctly and comfortable. Plus they come in a wide for the width if you have wide fat feet like me or if your feet swell it's better to get wide in your size.”

“Best shoe store in the area: Excellent customer service and shoe selection Mr. Bodell was helpful and patient as he looked for the best fitting, most comfortable shoes for my husband, who has side effects from cancer treatment, including swelling in his left foot, peripheral neuropathy, and limited mobility. This was the first place we stopped when looking for shoes because we knew they were knowledgeable and helpful. Mr. Bodell was also patient with me, a finicky customer, when bringing out different shoes for me try. Unfortunately, I didn't find what I wanted, but I will return when they get in their new stock for spring.”

“Located at the 2nd & PCH outdoor shopping center and I was really happy to find that they have a store in Long Beach! For parking, there is a parking garage where you can receive the first 90 minutes free without validation when your here to shop. They have a lot of different styles from ladies casual-bohemian, everyday, dresses, activewear's, accessories and more! I was greeted by an employee when I walked right in and asked if I needed help with anything. For price range, items can be pricey yet I came in few times before and enjoy browsing here to check out the latest trends. There's also lots of shops and places to dine nearby located in the same shopping center. Until then will be back to visit again!”

“I stopped by today to ask about shoe repairs (since they show up as shoe repair on google), and was greeted so genuinely I was in a great mood just upon entering the shop. I was told they mostly do sneaker repairs and referred me to someone else who could repair my heels for a 3rd of the price they would charge. “Cute shoe shop in downtown Long Beach! I was looking for a new pair of sandals. One of my favorite pairs of sandals recently saw there last day (the straps gave out and were toast; sadness). So, I thought I'd browse the sandals inside O My Sole. This shoe store sells name brand shoes from all over the world- Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, etc. They have some super cute shoes!! And they also have a clearance rack, if you are looking for things that are priced down from the original price. As others have mentioned, the service could be improved. They don't really greet you when you come into the store.”

“Great place to buy classic shoes at a discount shop. i couldn't afford Jordan and some other styles in jr. High. But now i go buy all the shoes i wanted as a kid and at less than half the prices.
