I been working out at this place for almost a year and I love it. It works with my schedule, you can show up and there is always a trainer ready to help you. And also I feel really comfortable because it’s a girls environment only.

I’ve been going to this workout for a month and a half and I love it, you can start at any time you arrive, the trainers are awesome because they challenge you within your abilities and you have your own progress.
