By far the nicest and most Knowledgeable staff I have encountered . We were so impressed we brought our boy Preacher back to meet the staff the same day, and to use their state of the art self washing station that has a sanitary clean cycle after each use .Largest selection of raw diet food I have ever seen at a brick and mortar store . After we finish our boys kibble we will be switching him over to raw!P.S. if you are within 5 be miles , they will deliver your online orders to you !”

“There is no way to express my gratitude to Fieldhaven. They have helped us get two of our kitties spayed one of whom we saved and the other adopted who was in need of a home. If you are unable to afford the huge expense of spaying or neutering at the typical cost, they offer low cost. It's not just a slogan where you find out it's really expensive. They care deeply.During the Maui fires, they had a team on the ground. Here in California they save as many in desperation as possible. As stated above, they also serve cats who have families in need of low cost spay/ neuter and also I believe the most needed vaccines. However, due to extreme need, there is often a waiting list. Therefore, look as soon as possible for your appointment by going online.”

“The employees were very busy with boarding pets so we weren't able to interact with them much. They had so many birds available to look at and to potentially adopt ! They have affordable prices on food and bird needs. Seen the same exact cage there for $64.99 that petsmart is selling for 99.99!! That should say enough, support your local bird shop”

“After an illness kept my girl from having her regular groom, she quickly turned into a matted mess. Once she was well, I began calling around to see if anyone could take her in at the last minute, because she was really matting out of control.Luckily, a call to Roy got my little Maltese in this salon within an hour, and she came out looking lovely. I was worried she'd come out bald, but she actually has a puppy cut and she even caught the eye of a tow truck driver when we were on our way home. “I had my shop compressor catch on fire and in Reno no one had a compressor available - shop was at a stand still.. Got online and Auburn was the closest. Called to confirm since i been burned by our local TSC that shows stock and doesnt have it. Wish I wrote down names ( dealt with five employees in total) to give credit but everyone we dealt with was very polite and helpfull. From loading, wandering the store and got great dinner advise since it was a 3 hour round trip.”

“Came here to get a bag of hay to winterize the fetal cathouses my husband and I have in our backyard for the cats we care for. A small, beautifully appointed feed store that had a great selection of premium pet food and supplements, and some pretty awesome looking chicken coops if you are lucky enough to have a yard big enough for chickens! The store is super clean and the young woman who packaged up my small bag of straw was super sweet! I've been driving by this store for many decades and it's super convenient, since it's not that easy to find a true feed store in the area.”

“Absolutely recommend this place 110%! Casey S. helped me relieve so much weight off of my shoulders. They have a huge inventory of raw dog food and also a huge inventory of kibble. They have all the great brands. The last bag of hill's prescription dog food I opened she started throwing up and had a lot of blood in her stool. Then she quit eating it. Casey knows what he's talking about and knew what I was going through seeing all this mess on Facebook about dog food. He helped me pick out raw dog food that I have been trying to figure out for a month. He was very patient, did not make me feel rushed and was amazing with his knowledge. I feel like he could help anyone that needs help with dog and cat stuff. I'm pleased and now I feel so much weight lifted off my shoulders. I know where I will be going for now on! I also bought Pumpkin Digestive Aid supplement.”

“I dropped in by the Wild Bird Station in Auburn,CA. Even though the address is on Grass Valley Highway, the shop is tucked back in the shopping plaza. It's easy peasy to find and there is lots of parking spots. Great local owned small business selling bird feed, feeders, bird houses, bird nature guides and books, garden art, and decorative kitchen ware and gifts and then some. It was my first time here. I was lucky enough to meet the owner. He has been in business for 29 years. Besides being super knowledgeable about birds and the local areas, he was just a super cool person to talk to. They sell birdseed by the pound. They have about 12 varieties of seed priced from $1.50-$2.59. The inventory is current and the shop is clean and decorated in a fun, fresh way. The item that caught my eye was the $9.95 laminated compact foldable field guide of art illustrated birds with descriptions. Well one of the many items that caught my eye. Drop on by, you may find something that catches your fancy.”

My best friends pomeranian is getting up there in age and had stopped eating, I thought this was a good time to try and find something she might eat. I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter and he recommended the tripett, I grabbed a can. Also, grabbed some Butcher Box pate. “I took my sweet girl Chloe in for a bath and I was extremely impressed by the staff. It’s extremely nerve racking to send your baby in and trust that they will be taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my YorkiePoo Chloe, her fur was nice a fluffy just how I like it! There was the cutest girl Karina who took care of her and Chloe just adored her as she was licking her all up and wagging her tail like crazy when I came to pick her up!!
