“This is a GREAT box! Everyone is inviting and encouraging. The owner/coach is awesome and the programming is tough but fun! Thanks for a great wod. This is truly a family affair! The owners dad works out here too, he is super fit and is apparently 74 (almost 75), I'm still not sure I believe him. All in all this a great community with a variety of ages and fitness levels.
