“I absolutely love this place! If you want great, knowledgeable, respectable customer service this is the location. I have never had an issue with this location on Roseville road. I rent here about every other week for personal reasons. They always have availability of cars even if it's last minute and if not they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. They make me feel like family, Jose, Sarah, Mohammed, and I'm sorry I don't know the two people that help me out in the early mornings but you all are amazing and appreciated. Thank you for always going above and beyond. The only thing I would say is that I've heard customers mention is that there needs to be more chairs in the front lobby for those times when it gets busy. But there is nothing else that could be negatively said about this location. See ya soon!!”

“First of all, I want to thank Kyle and Nathan here, if you see them after you arrive just know you are in good hands. I was on the brink of leaving a 1 star review after picking up my rental at the airport in SBA with the service there. We had unexpected travel plans where planes got canceled due to weather so I was having to rebook my reservation with the 1-800 number which was no help at all. Once I got here they took the time to answer questions fix the mistakes of the booking agents at the airport and the mistakes of the 1-800 number. Relieved all my concerns and make me only want to rent a car from here again. Customer service is still alive with these 2, thanks again!!”
“Came to see a Subaru Crosstrek. Talked to Jessica on the phone and great experience. No hassle. Got here and the car was gone but she had called and we just didn't notice it because we were driving. Test drove a few other cars and looked around. Zero pressure very nice. Printed out carfaxes and everything. Highly recommend!”

“Car is ok. Not what I expected to get. It was a rental through my insurance and I have the highest possible per day coverage for a rental. They said if I had a "credit card" and not just my bank cards on me I could have gotten a better vehicle. I have excellent insurance that covers the rental. So, there's no reason for them to even worry what kind of card I pay the deposit with.”
“I have rented from avis/budget at this location twice so far both we good experiences. They were quick easy with no mess let you chose what car you like out of the ones in the reserved class that were available. I never had any problems with drop off and they are open till noon on weekends, which was good for me as a drop off time.”
“This location has a nice selection of vehicles with friendly efficient staff that get you in and out real quick. I did have an issue with returning the vehicle but that was due to returning the vehicle to Audi while picking up my car. The issue was addressed with a quick call. Great customer service!”
“I had a check engine light on and needed an oil change. I was happy to find out the repair was under warranty for the most part but I did need a new rear mounted battery. The cost to replace was about what it would cost had I bought it myself at the local auto parts store. All in all, a great job.”

“Not sure why these guys are not rated higher. I switched from the other rental company in the area and the wait time is significantly better. At this point, it no more than 5 minutes but usually closer to 30 seconds. I regularly grab a rental for a day for site visits and walk in, grab my keys and go. Car is ready and I already have the rental agreement online. This is becoming my go to place a rental. Friendly staff and easy process. My only complaint is each time I rental, I get 4 pages of rental stuff that I also received online. Let’s save some trees please Hertz. Other than that, Reggie and Carrie have both been great. Highly recommend this place!”

“The hood on my car was fading and I went to 3 auto shops re if the hood could be painted and matched to the rest of the car. Madison looked at the car and told me they could do it. I am SO glad I went with Collision Pros, not only because they were closer to where I live but because everyone was so nice and I felt like they were being very honest with not only their ability in matching the paint but also with the cost. I was brought t to tears when I saw my car-it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!!!!”
