I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Wells Fargo located at 111 W Ocean Blvd on Friday, March 9th, 2024. Upon entering the branch at 3 pm in need of assistance with my retirement account, I was met with a female banker who informed me she could not help me and that I needed to schedule an appointment. Reluctantly, I booked a meeting for Monday, March 12th at 9 am, only to find out that I was scheduled to see the same unhelpful banker, Celina.
Celina then proceeded to send me on a confusing journey to locate the "appropriate banker" for my "WAY2SAVE" retirement account, leading me to the 2598 Cherry Ave branch without any confirmation or assistance. Upon my arrival at this location on Monday, March 12th at 9:30 am, I was informed that the banker had no available appointments. Fortunately, the teller was able to secure an 11 am appointment for me at the 4411 Pacific Coast Hwy branch.
This entire ordeal was a complete disaster and a significant inconvenience. However, my experience took a positive turn when I met Vutgsaranymol Pin, also known as NEMO, at the final branch. NEMO was a breath of fresh air, displaying a willingness to assist me with my transaction and doing so with a friendly attitude.
Despite the numerous setbacks and poor customer service I encountered at Wells Fargo, NEMO's exceptional service and professionalism were a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization within the bank greatly impacted my visit, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service provided.

Extremely poor customer service from the tellers and on floor bank management on 12/26/23. For a customer that has been with them for over 15 years helping with depositing a check, NOT cashing the check, is something they would not even consider. I will make sure that Everyone knows that Wells Fargo will NOT help their faithful customers. Worst experience and bank ever. Switch to CashApp and CapitolOne.

Came in for my scheduled appointment and there's nobody here to help. Then another customer came in claiming an appointment time the same as mine- an agent appears and takes him instead of me. Been sitting here for 40 minutes as my parking bill racks up more of a fee every 15 minutes. Understaffed, unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I've been living in Long Beach for over three years, and this was my first time requiring assistance from this location to schedule appointments. Unfortunately, I received no callbacks, and the only explanation given was that due to some issue, the banker couldn't call. Not going to visit this location again.

The manager was sooooo dismissive and condescending it was so weird lol I felt very much like he was shooing a fly away.

This branch is not run well. I would recommend firing the branch manager. Came in on Thursday evening at 4pm. Been standing here for 20 minutes and they only have one teller in a downtown location, and there is 10 people waiting behind me. Completely unacceptable.

Very clean and organized environment. Was helped by Lacey who was extremely courtesy and knowledgeable. She was able to quick assist me with cashing a check and get me on my way. Additionally her manager who's name I did not catch was helpful and kind.

Slowest bank known to man kind. Sloth pace. Waited in line for 30 due to two tellers working; then another 60 for a 'banker' to help.

This Wells Fargo is the slowest bank I've ever been. Every time I come there's always one or two tellers and wait at least 20-30 mins

Daisy Garcia an Martin the investor have to be the most dishonest an disrespectful people I've ever dealt with in banking , im 57 an Daisy went out of her way to try an make it hard for me to handle my business. she was cocky when I was asking for money an so far has made it difficult to move forward because she handled business incorrect , signed JUDGES order should be more than enough for these banks to follow a more Fare an Respectful way to help its clients if they want clients to stay with them , her over the top way she tried to disrupt my progress is a Prime example of the Character she an the other Martin pocess, EVIL an Hateful why else would you not help , never trust these 2 or Wells Fargo for that matter when these are it's employee base

Tried to deposit a cashiers check from another bank. They called the other bank and received confirmation that the check was good, but they would not accept their word. I waited for over an hour and a half while they called to get a second level approval, whatever that means. All I wanted to do was deposit the check, not cash it. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Worst bank ever!!!!
