“Seriously such a nice urgent care. Everyone I interacted with even over the phone was so helpful and the office is clean I received the care I needed in a relatively short period of time. The shortest wait I've ever had for urgent care highly recommend if you are in long beach. They took my Health net HMO plan if you are wondering.”

“I got very lucky as a walk-in patient. There were 4 walk-in customers in the queue ahead of me waiting for the facility to open. When they started letting customers in, they allowed the only customer with the first appointment to enter first. There were 3 check-in kiosks. The 4 people customers ahead of me went to the other 2 kiosks, while I followed the only customer with an appointment. Luckily, he knew the process, so his check-in was quick; and because I also am familiar with the self-check-in process when he finished, I simply checked-in making me the first walk-in the official queue, while the other 4 people who had been ahead of me where still trying to figure it out. I was seated for all of 5 minutes before my name was called to be seen. So, I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. My best time yet. As usual, the staff was friendly and professional.”

“It was my first time here and I just have to say it was nice, easy and seamless! Checking it was so quick and I was seen right away. My phlebotomist Beverly was AMAZING. I told her I was nervous and she eased my nerves right away, not to mention really good at what she does, it was literally so quick and virtually painless and she was easy to talk to which helped. Just wonderful customer service all around! The facilities were nice and clean as well. A new favorite location for me for sure!”

“No appointment no problem. Just come in and you will be greeted with a friendly face. Came to help my mom to get her bloodwork and the worker Monique was very professional and helpful. It was 9:09 am when we signed in and there was only one person in front of us. We didn’t wait long and we were basically in and out. Overall experience; amazing and I highly recommend! A1 customer service.”
“It’s best if you set up a appointment if you don’t you will wait hours I once waited 2 hours, I set up a appointment using a paper with a Qvr code that a nurse gave me then I used my phone camera on the Qvr code then it opened the Quest website I registered a account then I set up my first appointment. Later on my appointment day I used the kiosk to check in with my health insurance card .”
“Quest's system of self checkin is great if everything works well, but it would not take my state issued driver's license as ID and I couldn't check in. There is no staff available, such as a receptionist, so no one to help if your system doesn't work. I had to stand on my feet for a long time and catch one of the technicians who came out to get another patient. She couldn't make it work either but they scheduled me anyway. Quest should have a real live person to help patients, many of whom don't feel well, if there is a problem or a question.”

“If we're there early, they usually are fast checking us in. But I don't think the computers were "warmed" up and delayed the check-in. I sat for a while waiting for a technician. But everything went smoothly after.”

“The best LabCorp location I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty around the state. I went in with no appointment and I needed some lab work done urgently and they got me in and out in 10 minutes.”
