“The service was great, the room where good but a microwave would've been a nice add. Emplacement is good but you do have to take at least a 15 min walk to get anywhere.”
“Our stay at the Fairmont Breakers Long Beach was nothing short of incredible. The room and overall hospitality exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived.
In-room dining was prompt and reliable every single time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pool was warm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding.
The hotel itself is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.”
“This hotel makes you feel like family. Everyone who works here is great. Especially the Ops manager Darnell and the bartender Robert. Two great guys who make the Waterfront the place to be in the evening. Definitely worth the stay. Its proximity to the outlets is great and there are food trucks most nights just a street away(definitely try the yellow truck Manny's-the fish tacos were delish). The views from the rooftop pool are wonderful. I would definitely stay here.
Rooms: Love the amenities in the rooms. Minimalist but with great flair. Storage for clothes is amazing and the bathroom is gorgeous.
Walkability: It's within blocks of everything here. The Museums, aquarium, shopping and the restaurants. The lighthouse isn't far either
Food and drinks: The waterfront has delicious food. My favorite was the French toast with banana and pecans.”
“Rooms: The rooms have a decent view and a very gentle vibe. The rooms could have been made more spacious but it is still a decent size for the location it is in.
Noteworthy details: The pool and Jacuzzi area is something that I loved”

“My family really enjoyed our stay here . The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing is that the parking is very limited but they allow you to get creative. We would stay here again.”
“Want to help clarify that although Google labeled this as a hotel, it's actually a very nice B&B.
Quiet, safe, very pleasant staff, close to the downtown with lots of public transit options, at a very reasonable price price point
Would absolutely return. Highly recommend”
“Beautiful location on the canal. Staff were super friendly and hotel was very clean(though strong disinfectant smell in lobby). Pool & jacuzzi available. Had a kitchenette unit which was very nice, with a King size bed. Nice, large walk-in shower. Continental breakfast was decent. Clean & felt safe at all times, inside & out. No restaurant or pub on site, but available at hotel Maya, down the road.”

“Modern boutique hotel that’s surprisingly affordable. Rooms are clean, stylish, and come with a mini fridge and microwave. They often have fun art and murals on the walls. Right off the 405, so easy to access. Close to the beach, Belmont Shore, and the Aquarium. Plus, they offer free breakfast and parking”

“I loved my stay at this Courtyard. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and the staff so friendly. My AC wasn’t working, which wasn’t a big deal to me but the staff went above and beyond to make it right. George, the engineer who came to fix it, was sharp and on it and found the problem right away. They were on it so quickly. It’s located a quick walk from the beach and the on-site parking was so handy, making the whole stay just … easy! Would definitely return! I didn’t take any photos but it was gorgeous.
Rooms: Rooms were big and comfy and had everything I needed.
Safety: This is downtown so there are homeless people but one morning when I was concerned because it was still dark they provided me an escort to my car. Super nice!
Walkability: I loved being able to walk to the beach!”
“This was my first time staying at a Marriot hotel and I did enjoy the stay. The room was nice. I asked for a room with view of the airport runway… ?. The bed was clean & comfortable. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The staff was very professional. There was also complimentary breakfast. Free parking. It was a wonderful stay and I’ll for sure visit again in the near future.”
“It's a great area. Seems like a lot of changes are happening & I'm sure there's more to come. I really like the nail salon walked over to Traders after that did some shopping. I'm going to miss the claim jumper but c'est la vie.”
“Really enjoyed my time there. They were very responsive and it's a very clean place. Very close to a lot. There's even a Laundromat across the road that's very friendly”
“Very convenient and close to my job. Hands down probably one of the best place to stay during the week and also on the weekends. Customer service is amazing and the rooms and the outside is very clean and will manicured. I'm in this place to anybody to stay. Very nice and quiet pleasure to be in with nice televisions and triple beds.”

“I booked my wedding block at the Hotel Royal and they were extremely accommodating! They helped me choose a flexible plan for the block, and even let us use the conference room as a getting ready room for me and my bridal party the day of our wedding. They were very responsive to requests via text message during our stay and checked in with us to make the sure the stay was going well. The Loft is also huge and a perfect space to spend time in. The location is GREAT. Very cute and charming place to stay! Thank you for all your help, Jose!”

“I would like to sincerely thank The Belmont Shore Inn for the absolutely incredible service provided during my visit on May 8th. From the very first moment I checked in, I was welcomed with genuine smiles, great attention to detail, and a level of hospitality that truly elevated my experience. The location is great just a short walk to the beach and my room was modern, CLEAN and well designed with Boho vibes. My room felt calm, and everything just felt easy. …
Again a heartfelt thank you to the staff of The Belmont Shore Inn your kindness, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression.
I look forward to the opportunity to stay with you in the future!

“Booked this hotel last minute and I'm glad I did. I needed a quick getaway from the LA area and on a whim.... decided to book a 2 night stay. I checked in somewhat late and was greeted by Daniela. She was amazing! She was very patient, informative, and knowledgeable of the area. She gave me great recommendations on restaurants and bars in the area and also recommend things to do during my brief stay (aerial tramway was dope). Traveling alone sometimes can be a little nerve wrecking, so being greeted with good positive energy really set the tone. Thank you Daniela .The room I stayed in was cool. The partition by the sink came off a couple times, but I just popped it back in. The sink water wasn't the clearest either and the water took forever to drain. Other than that... no major complaints lol. The jacuzzi in the room was very spacious and relaxing!I was too busy being a tourist that I didn't get a chance reap the benefits of the pool, but it looked like a lot of fun. The location was great too. I was able to walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops throughout downtown. I'd definitely be back here. Stay classy Palm Springs”
“Stayed here before and after my cruise. My first room was nice and clean and very comfortable!! Love that the shower has all of the soaps (body wash and shampoo) plus conditioner so that you don't have to dig through your luggage to find what you need. The first trip I got to have the breakfast and everything I had was yummy!! There was biscuits and gravy and a few other breads, oatmeal and cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage. The second stay the room was just as comfortable but our door was hard to open and shut. Made sure to let them know at the desk”
“Was in town for a music festival so felt very safe knowing the whole place was occupied with many folks. Front desk was kind enough to let us go in early after cleaning was done.m but could have used a top off for the soaps and more toilet paper on arrival. Room looks very modern. Partner complained that bed was stiff and toilet seat was loose. But considering the accessibility using the metro straight down to the convention center area and a one night stay, it was a good value.”
“Not big rooms, clean, but old, lots of history and character. Staff is great, breakfast is good, and everything you could ask for within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again!Rooms: Tiny, a bit creepy but really clean and quaintNearby activities: Shopping is close, restaurants are close, beach is closeSafety: I felt safe hereWalkability: You can walk to where you're going (shopping, restaurants and beach)”

Closely placed close enough to public bus. Light rail within walking distance.”
“Perhaps one of the best motels in that area in long Beach with its unique and elegant design the court-yard glows at night creating a vibrant and attractive atmosphire. Shops are near mostly walking distance. With all units facing the court-yard with no steps or curb in or around the rooms it's very convenient to get around with a wheelchair. Rooms are larger then avrage, spacious and very well-maintained, fresh and comfortable, well decorated, walk-in-shower, pet freindly. Good value for your money. My first choice in that area. Highly recomanded.”

“We stayed here a week ago. The staff are nice and clean the rooms each day. Beds are decent. The rooms have been redone but are very old and not very nice. But it’s cheap so you get what you pay for. Overall not bad.”

“This was an amazing fun time after growing up in Southern California and always driving past but never going in. Everyone we met working on the ship was friendly and even eager to show you hidden gems and reccomendations to make our visit even better. Extra bonus were locals dressed in period cocktail suits and gowns.Walkability: The ship itself is walkable but you will need a car to go anywhere elseNoteworthy details: It is historic so dont expect high tech extras like phone chargers.”
