“Stayed here the night before a cruise. Purchased the package for a night stay and parking while on the cruise, it was a really good deal and felt my car was a bit safer than being parked in the cruise parking area. The room was spacious and clean. Altho the fwy is very close we were not affected by traffic noise and got a good night sleep.”

“Came for a Haunted Tavern cocktail event. We arrived an hour early to enjoy a peruse around the ship & have a drink before our event. I should have made it 2 hours! We had no time to have drink at bar but loved the walk about. I love history & the ship has so much to see. Our event was a fun cocktail story telling experience. I want to return for more exploration & drinks at bar however I am a budgeted retired lady & $25.00 to park the car annoys me. Got to find a work around!”

“I absolutely love this location. Customer service out of this world. My family and I literally felt loved. Every one in that building is proud of their jobs / careers. Every one went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, without thinking about it. The vibe was happiness throughout our stay. The charisma between the front desk staff was incredible. I like missed them as if I was long time friends with them….. or even friends in general. Lol. I’m definitely planning another trip there ASAP. If I could give them unlimited on their stars, I would likely have a sore thumb. So thank yo guys so much. Words can’t describe nor express how grateful that stay was. ✌???Rooms: I received a Diamond member upgrade, and I was able to get the beautiful 5th floor balcony that wrapped around the room. What is amazing view in these beautiful tall glass windows. It was priceless.Safety: The balcony door were Very secure, my three-year-old in my two-year-old didn’t stand a chance . Come to think about it neither did, my seven-year-old. Lol also the height of the balcony glass was perfect.Walkability: Seven minute walking distance to some food places(Chick-fil-A being one of them) and Circle K about 10 minutes walking distance to Ralph’s and 7-Eleven.. He might not even need that because they had everything there. LolFood & drinks: The breakfast in the morning is amazing. Couldn’t get enough of those red velvet and vanilla that I mixed waffles. I was on vacation so I was ready to eat. To my pleasant surprise when I woke up for breakfast they were serving my favorite all time breakfast item BACON and there delicious potatoes.Noteworthy details: The beds (King & couch pull out mattress) was very comfy.I got to watch my order SVU very happy. Also my Seven-year-old got a nosebleed because he had too much fun in the pool and every I have to change the bed and staff was so amazing helping us with that”

“For one night's stay, we had to change rooms twice. The first room had a broken bathroom, ( flood). When we asked to change the room, they asked us to wait for the technician to fix the problem, and when we asked to change the room for the second time, they changed the room. The second room did not have enough sanitary facilities, the TV control did not work. All the sounds in the next room could be easily heard.”

The breakfast is nice, the ladies keep everything organized and tidy.The location is great because you're not so far from the south Bay beaches and the area is pretty quite (besides the traffic) and safe.The Del Amo mall is very close, you can easily walk there.”

“I would definitely recommend this place. Beautiful B&B! The owners are very kind hearted people. I felt like I was at home. Breakfast was amazing. Just be up on time to make sure you have a wonderful meal. I was very welcomed to be staying inside the B&B. I'm not really sure why there is so many bad reviews, and pictures. “My wife and I checked in after flying across the country and shopping for several hours. We were very impressed with the service at check in and the room and beds were amazingly comfortable! H2O may cost a little bit more but it’s so worth it in every way. We slept for over 15 hours and they kindly gave us a late checkout which is just what we needed. Location is awesome and the service and rooms are 5 plus stars!”

“This Best Western is the true embodiment of a 2-star hotel. When we arrived, the room we were given was not clean and had some type of bodily fluid stain on the sheets. I did not sleep on the bed.The next morning I went down, in person, during breakfast to request a room cleaning and fresh sheets. They assured me that the cleaning team was scheduled to arrive in an hour. When I returned late that evening, the room was still unclean with the same nasty sheets and dirty towels.We will not be returning to this location or to any other Best Western. We're disgusted.Noteworthy details: Waffles at breakfast are nice”

“We are in town to visit family and stayed here for 3 nights. We enjoyed the central location and the breakfast. Parking was a bit tight, but we didn't use the parking garage, which would have made things easier. The entrance has quite a deep dip when exiting, so take it slow if your car is low.”

“Booked in March 2023 for a December cruise. December cruise got canceled and had to reschedule to a different date in February 2024. Room price didn't get applied to new date and new date room rate was twice the amount. So I basically had to pay twice for one booking which was very frustrating. Aside from that, the room was nice and it was within walking distance to the cruise port.”

“Amazing staff, wonderful buffet breakfast, and a botanical garden for landscaping.We stayed in the two bedroom suite and felt it was a great value for our money. Very clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-maintained.Rooms: The two bedroom suite has a (small) full kitchen: two burner electric stove, small dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with ice maker.The beds are comfortable; the pillows are soft and plentiful (five!).We stayed in the handicapped suite, and the washrooms are spacious and well-appointed with plentiful safety bars.Living area has adequate seating and many outlets.Food & drinks: Buffet breakfast is amazing. Make-your-own waffles, choice of muffins, a different breakfast meat each day, oatmeal (and a vast variety of toppings) and a selection of bulk cereals.”

The center and seaside of Manhattan beach are only a short walk away (including amazing views) and the manager was very helpful and gave us lots of tips. “My first time staying at this hotel. It is a small cozy hotel with nice modern design. Service was great. Staff was attentive. Hotel room was clean and I especially like the vinyl wood flooring. It is much better than carpeted floors. Hotel breakfast buffet was good at fair price.Since it is close to airport, parking is expensive and street parking spots are hard to find.”

“We went for lunch the day after Valentine's Day. There are a lot of tempting choices but we settled on Mr. Franks chicken salad. Our waiter and Mr. Franks advised us it was special and not very spicy. Well it was fantastic. The chicken was very crispy and not spicy at all. We had Mumm's Cuvée Napa Brut to top off our lunch. We go way back with Mr. Franks from his days at Chez Melange and he spent time with us which we loved.”

“We stayed at Anchor Pointe Inn twice, before and after our recent Hawaii cruise. The rooms were extremely clean, had good wifi, tv and mini fridge. The bed was quite comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the staff was very friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. The only issue we had was that the restaurants in the neighborhood close early on Sunday evening, so get food early if you stay Sunday night.”
