Anyway Raquel was the one helping me, she was very honest and handled my problem perfectly. She was great. She even managed to get my account upgraded. I will be back to this branch for sure! She made me aware of a program that they offer and of course I went ahead and applied for it and was approved. I have also had interaction in Sylvia and her timely communication skills is amazing.
