It is a great store with cute and affordable clothing, always a variety of shoes, and plenty of household decor. Some note a very small plus size selection and that the lines are always long. Overall, it is well organized with friendly and prompt cashiers. It is a good place to find gifts, with an amazing art supply aisle and cool 99-cent bags.
Longest line ever, probably because its a newer store, then realized Noone was in self checkout. But of course no extra savings for the new store.

the clothes are always a mess but I don't contribute that to the laziness of the employees, they seem to all be working hard to keep it as tidy as possible. customers need to care more and just put it back correctly instead of throwing it on the ground, etc.

Always a little hit or miss, but this Ross usually pulls through. Picked up some solid clothes and house stuff on the cheap. Store could use a little more tidying and organization, especially near the fitting rooms, but you can’t beat the prices. Staff was chill and checkout moved fast.
