“Always check your online order when picking it up; 1 discovered 1 item was missing when I got home, HOWEVER the guy I talked to when picking it up was the same one that pulled the order and the same one who answered the phone so he remembered me and credited my account for the missing item. Don't know how it would've played out otherwise... but he was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.”

“A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but did so in a quick and timely manner all while making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!”

“The lines are always long. They have a very small selection for plus sizes. The shoe selection when the inventory is full is really quite amazing. I love their 99cent bags they are always cool, and I can use them for so many different art projects. Oh and the art supply isle is amazing. They have everything you need for a fun day.”

“This Marshalls is located in the same plaza as Target and Safeway (right between these two stores actually) with plenty of parking. My favorite things about Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Home Goods are that they are 1) dog friendly 2) have a great selection of yummy snacks in their food section and 3) always have some really great deals/ discounts I have visited this Marshalls a few times before when visited Lodi. On my most recent visit (last night), I came in looking for a mesh bag for laundry. I wasn't too sure if Marshalls would carry it but Target didn't have any and figured I would just check out this store. The employee I first saw in the beauty section told me she wasn't sure if they carried it, but if they did, it would most likely be in the home department. Luckily my husband was spotted a mesh bag, but it was a bonus item if you purchase dryer balls. I decided to purchase it (since I had just told my husband earlier in the day that we are almost out of dryer sheets and he thought maybe we could try using dryer balls to see if we like them). But for those of you that may be looking for a mesh bag for laundry, I didn't see any (other than as the bonus item with the dryer balls set). After this, I ended up browsing the clearance section (which is also in the home section, in the very far corner of the store) and found some really great deals. Same with some great items in the clearance section in the beauty department (I was telling my husband its dangerous for me to be in this store because I ended up purchasing several things when I was coming in for just maybe one item, lol). The employee at the register was so friendly and quite cheery. She was definitely all in smiles especially when she saw my dog (that seems to be the effect my little girl dog has on others). This was a great shopping experience (just as the previous ones have been) and will definitely be back here again.”

“The customer service although busy early morning took their time to greet me and make me feel welcome from the get go. I awaited for my online order in less time than what i was told. I didn't expectativas much from my order but it was more than I thought it would have been”

“Clean store & great selection. But the hours online are incorrect it says they close at 9. When I arrived I was told they close in 2 minutes (8) & there wasn’t hours posted anywhere out front on the windows/doors.”

“Went in to pick up an online order today. While we were waiting for the clerk to retrieve it, 7 different employees walked through the customer service room. When they saw us standing there and no one behind the counter, every single one of them asked if we had been helped. Not 1 employee walked past without checking on us. That's good training.”

“Shout out to Walmart in Lodi. Yesterday I thought my purse was stolen but instead I had actually left it somewhere while shopping!! The staff was very supportive and went to work right away on helping me recover my purse. An associate had found it, brought it to the manager who in turn brought it over to me. THANK YOU for your assistance and honesty too, as nothing was missing.”

“Mario helped us in your electronics department and let me tell you, I have never had such an intelligent and informational visit to Target than talking with him about the latest and greatest for iPhones. He was soooo knowledgeable about everything, and he was multitasking with other clients as well but still made us feel appreciated and valued. He helped us get accesories for our new phones and went above and beyond. Our faith in Target is restored, and that gentleman needs a raise, talk about such a strong representation for the company, Mario is one of your shining employees let me tell you.
