“Usually shop here for my dogs bedding and my daughter loves the toys and figurines, today was the first time I kinda felt uncomfortable just looking around like my husband and I always do. Employees on floor were very helpful and polite, front cashier could use a little adjustment on the attitude ( first time we have encountered a somewhat rude cashier here ) but this place will still be our go to for pet bedding, browsing and buying since the prices are more often cheaper and staff most of the time are very polite and professional.”

“Not alot of selection for toddler clothing, very picked over. Expected better sales, more discounts. This was not appealing to me to even look & shop. Candles did not have a great bargain either. $26. for a candle is not a sale people.”

“Always a little hit or miss, but this Ross usually pulls through. Picked up some solid clothes and house stuff on the cheap. Store could use a little more tidying and organization, especially near the fitting rooms, but you can’t beat the prices. Staff was chill and checkout moved fast.”

“I really enjoy this Marshalls because you can almost always find good deals, and they're constantly getting new stuff in. Every time I stop by, there's something different, so it's fun to just walk through and see what you find. I've picked up home décor, gifts, and random seasonal finds here that ended up being great purchases.
My only complaint is the shoe section. They never seem to have enough small sizes, and I often see cute shoes but can't find them in my size. I'd love to see more options for smaller feet.
Overall though, it's a great store if you enjoy bargain hunting and finding things you didn't even know you needed. The staff and customer service are good.”

“I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding Walmart employee, Carlos, at the Lodi location.

I originally shopped on Saturday and noticed that the Kern’s Guava Nectar Juice was completely out of stock. I returned again today, Tuesday, March 31, expecting it to be replenished since I was told the truck would be arriving on Sunday. Unfortunately, the shelf was still empty, even though there had been a double delivery on Sunday, indicating sufficient inventory, but a lack of initiative in getting products stocked.

That’s where Carlos made all the difference.

Instead of simply confirming the item was out of stock, Carlos went above and beyond by checking the back refrigerator. Despite the system showing no availability on the shelf, he took the initiative to locate the product himself. Not only did he find the Kern’s Guava Nectar, but he also brought it out and restocked the shelf.

This is a very popular product and a top-selling flavor, so it really matters to customers when it’s available. What mattered even more, though, was Carlos’s commitment to customer service. He took ownership, didn’t cut corners, and made sure the issue was resolved.

In today’s economy, where consumers have a choice about where they shop and which grocery stores they support, experiences like this are critical. Customers can and will choose the stores that prioritize service, reliability, and availability. Ensuring shelves are stocked and taking the initiative to fully resolve customer needs isn’t just helpful, it’s essential.
