You not only get in and out of there they don’t push on you like other oil change places to upsell you everything. Nothing wrong with telling Suggesting changing things when they need to be changed, but some Other businesses like this really push on you.
Really friendly and fast”

“400 miles from my destination the car stopped shifting properly. I was concerned the transmission needed an overhaul. Got a tow to their shop and they quickly diagnosed that a speed sensor was dropping out. Replaced sensors and had me back on the road in a few hours for a successful 400 mile test drive. These guys shoot straight and don’t upsell! Thank you!”

“Lodi Jiffy Lube is always a great experience! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I took my truck in for an oil change and had my filters replaced but I didn’t feel pressured to add any services or anything extra like other places make me feel. When they told me about my filters they left it up to me & my discretion. I can tell they are genuinely trying to help and aren’t trying to upsell anything. The oil change was done quickly and the waiting room was clean and organized. Keep up the good work !”

“I had made an appointment for an oil change, on the actual Walmart app, for 5:30pm on Sunday. I made sure to triple check the time of closing and the time the auto center stops doing services on the app. Everything was in place, but when I arrived, it was just one man working on a car, and he said that people don't make appointments this late on Sundays. I was obviously upset, but I work in the customer service industry and know it is not this man's fault, he just works there. He asked if I could reschedule and told me best times to come. I went back in my car, and once I figured out how to reschedule, which I did, he came up to my window and told me he called someone to help and took me in. It was really helpful because I was working double shifts the rest of the month during service hours because I am a single mother and also a student on winter break. Thank you guys!”

“They are very NICE and POLITE. This is not usual in today’s world but they were.
Very professional and fast. They explained everything they were doing and why.
They also explained upcoming maintenance and why it needs to be done in the coming months and the price for each. Reasonable. The only part I didn’t like was all the “upsale” tactics. My family was not happy having been in the business.”
