“Service at this location was fantastic and they’re very transparent on pricing. I will share my internal feedback below because I think it’s important for people to know that services provided vary by location. The service I requested btw was brake inspection/replacement if required. But this location does not work with brakes.I’d like to point out that your advertisements in the waiting rooms do not reflect your provided services. It seems that not all locations do all the advertised services and the displays show otherwise. I asked the service person why that was and his response was “because they’re all the same everywhere just not all locations provide these services”. It would make sense to tailor to what each place provides to lessen the confusion.”

“No waiting , drove straight in on a Friday in Lodi…great price, I was in and out within 15 mins with cabin filter and oil change , tires checked, fluids replenished. . These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. I put on the miles in sales and have regular oil changes on a high mileage car, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”
“These guys take care of me and my family every time we pull in. No questions asked they just get to work and are there to serve you. I 110% suggest giving them a shot. They’re also super affordable! I have a European car and since I was a Mister Car Wash member I received HALF OFF my oil change! They saved me about $60 off my oil change, they topped off all my fluids, aired my tires up to their required levels and also let me know how long I had till I needed other services that I was completely unaware of as well. So I’ll be back once it’s time for those services!”

“Nobody wants to spend big bucks for auto repairs. Transmissions are a special part of the car few other mechanics will go in to or should go in to. Becker Trans gave me a quote the same day my truck got there. And as luck would have it they delivered under the quote. Also, they told me no vehicles are ever left out over night, that's important to me. The Lady at the reception desk and phone, Pam, is knowledgeable about the process for repairs. If you think you need transmission work, call them!”

“It’s Friday at 4:45 and I rolled up to Jorge’s shop with a desperate situation. Our battery kept draining and I’ve had 2 tows already to other shops. I did not have an appointment. Jorge said he could look at it Tuesday but asked what the problem was. 10 minutes later he figured out that it was a a/c clutch relay and we were off our merry way. Wouldn’t take any money. This guy is amazing amd clearly knows his stuff. Thank you Jorge !Service: Electrical”

“YES, as the OWNER and a 20 PLUS YEAR Customer .. I am DEEPLY SADDENED that "CONVENTIONAL" OIL for OLDER HIGH MILEAGE vehicles is NOT always Available.. I had to go to THREE (3) locations to GET the service, and, it was in THE NEXT TOWN OVER 17 MILES away. ?The staff at this location, went above and beyond to service my vehicle and make me feel comfortable during the visit.”

“It was a wonderful experience, although there was a bit of a wait despite having an appointment. One downside to purchasing tires online is that if you want to take advantage of the road hazard warranty and get a replacement, you’ll need to reorder online the exact same tire. On the other hand, if you opt to buy in-stock tires in-store at Walmart (specifically Douglas tires), you can enjoy a $10 discount on the online tire price.But I need one tire so got this cross max tireFor $48 online +$20 basic in store install$68 great price”

“The owner, General Manager, Mr. Mike Lahham was the main reason why I got my dream car here. This was the very first time, the owner himself was the one who helped me from credit application till I got the loan. Very rarely that the GM himself will help an ordinary person like me. Unbelievable! But yes, he did it. Me and my husband don't have good credit. We're even below average but he made it possible. He has a BIG HEART for everyone. In his eyes everyone should be treated equally. Special mention to Eric of Finance who had been so nice and accommodating, explain every single details. Also special mention to John or Johnny of Sales helping us with the papers and showed us how to use the special features of the car. Awesome people and excellent customer service.”
