“I came to the store to upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15 Pro I forgot the ladies name, young lady that helped me she was knowledgeable. Thorough was proactive and finding some savings for myself and my plan. In fact we have grades my plan. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning in the office. They had the door open and they had fan set up, but it was very warm in there and we’ve been experiencing over 100° temperatures for going on two weeks, I asked them about it because of my background it seems like a flood system that the temperature is controlled remotely and the technician came out to fix the unit. Couldn’t really tell them anything because neither one of them were a manager so they weren’t at liberty discuss issues and now it’s down to the filters, but the technician can’t change filters and it was uncomfortable but the young lady made it a good experience and I continue to use Verizon .”

“Had decent experience for myself. The store Had an irate customer who was cursing and yelling at the cashier what cause did I'm unsure I stepped in to diffuse the situation because the security guard looks scared to death and all the other employees just sit there while the girl got yelled at and cursed at. He did finally leave but not before he cursed at her some more and threatened to come back and retaliate”

“The battery on my phone started "bulging", so I did a bit of research trying to find a place in town that could fix it quickly. I went to 2 shops before coming here... each wanted $89 and wouldn't have the battery in stock for several days. I called Cellularis -- they told me they'd have the battery by the next day and it would be fixed within an hour. They weren't wrong! In a little over 24 hours, my phone was working again. Great customer service, great prices too! ($66 instead of $89) I can definitely recommend this place for getting your phone repaired!”

He was soooo knowledgeable about everything, and he was multitasking with other clients as well but still made us feel appreciated and valued. He helped us get accesories for our new phones and went above and beyond. Our faith in Target is restored, and that gentleman needs a raise, talk about such a strong representation for the company, Mario is one of your shining employees let me tell you.
