“I came to the store to upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15 Pro I forgot the ladies name, young lady that helped me she was knowledgeable. Thorough was proactive and finding some savings for myself and my plan. In fact we have grades my plan. The only problem was that there was no air conditioning in the office. They had the door open and they had fan set up, but it was very warm in there and we’ve been experiencing over 100° temperatures for going on two weeks, I asked them about it because of my background it seems like a flood system that the temperature is controlled remotely and the technician came out to fix the unit. Couldn’t really tell them anything because neither one of them were a manager so they weren’t at liberty discuss issues and now it’s down to the filters, but the technician can’t change filters and it was uncomfortable but the young lady made it a good experience and I continue to use Verizon .”

“Malik sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong. Your always friendly, patient, and honest. I Just came in to add insurance to my S25 and took advantage of Samsung 7 watch deal. You set it up and made sure it connected to my phone and answered all my questions. Only time I have been in before was to pay my bill when I lost my debit and credit card. Yes it cost 5 bucks to pay in person but said if I need any other services I will be back. Decided to get a Samsung watch and home internet from Metro. All the other metro stores lie to you try to sell you stuff you don't want or need. Malik listens to your needs and works to get what you need and no something you don't need.”

“On June 23rd, I went to the AT&T on Kettleman Lane in Lodi as my phone was due for an upgrade. The gentleman that was to help me didn’t seem interested at all, so I left. I then went to T Mobile and then to Verizon to get information on their plans and I was ready to switch to another company but felt I needed to at least get the upgrade information from AT&T, but I didn’t want to go back to the same guy. Then I found Sadaqat at your AT&T branch located at 2610 Reynolds Ranch Parkway in Lodi. What an extreme difference! Sadaqat is an asset to AT&T. He sat down with me and went over all of my options and even helped me to get on a better plan not only with my phone, but my internet too. He was patient, and really cared about me and my phone & internet needs. Because of Sadaqat, I’m happy to say I’m staying with AT&T. I’m very thankful to have met someone who not only cares about AT&T, but also your customers. Please let Sadaqat know just how much I appreciate him.

The store Had an irate customer who was cursing and yelling at the cashier what cause did I'm unsure I stepped in to diffuse the situation because the security guard looks scared to death and all the other employees just sit there while the girl got yelled at and cursed at. He did finally leave but not before he cursed at her some more and threatened to come back and retaliate”
