“My waiting time was very long, but that's because I hadn't scheduled a time to take the exams. I had the impression that people who had appointments were seen punctually and without waiting.
I was well looked after and the lady who took my blood (more than 10 vials) was very kind and had a lot of experience. My arm didn't turn purple or hurt.
