Poor customer service. Received a wallet as a gift, never use it and decided to return it after 7 days with receipt and original packaging. The return was refused, be careful, "No Return Accepted" all sales are final.

Very nice service here , my family stop by last weekend and bought some stuff, they treat us very friendly and helpful.
We will be back again, I love the quality of Bally and their services.
