“I was not expecting this to be a store, we were looking for buckets to pick cherries, I was a little taken back by the looks of the outside, once I side it looked like an old messy barn, but let me tell you the best part. Customer service is the best experience I've ever encountered. Everyone was nice and helpful, and one of the salespeople there coughed my attention. Every employee was busy and outside the building, I don't remember the name of this preticular guy but, the phone rang, he runed as fast as he could to get to the phone and I heard him shout, "hold on I am coming". His eagerness to get to the phone was amazing ?, not many people have this drive, especially not for a job they don't believe is worth. Thank you, salesperson, and thank you, Bg, for your kindness towards your employees.”
“This is a five star place. Very helpful staff, good prices compared to the box stores, and has that smaller family business feel (= they care). For example, recently I ordered something and when I realized it would not fit in my car they offered to drive it over to my home, on the spot, for FREE. My goodness. If only every local business cared about their customers like that.”

“ZYLSTRAS hardware. I love this place, I love the family that owns it. Linden is a small town and ZYLSTRAS is a big store for your needs. I work with the linden district and I go in for parts and supplies and it is RARE that they do not have what I need. The owners are genuine good people with good intentions.”
