My wife and I have never had anyone give such undivided attention to our issues with our new phone, solve our problems without any concern about the amount of time it required or make us feel as though we somehow should have been able to make the required fixes on our own. The entire vibe of the store was one of an old fashion "local" hangout as customers would come in with a variety of concerns all of which Chris or Diana would patiently address and resolve.
