“Well after quickly, glancing at all the bad reviews and a former business owner myself, I VALUE professional, knowledgeable and courteous experience. There is a sense of entitlement that I feel occurs unfortunately very often. If you treat people with kindness and respect, you will get kindness and respect back. Respect is earned it is not expected! What I meant to say by this if you walk in with an attitude, you’re not going to accomplish much. Unfortunately, I too have had to tell several of my clients to leave my office due to their nasty attitude. I am not much for reviews because I feel it’s overrated but after the service I received, I felt compelled to leave this review.

We had been with Verizon for many years. We are now retired walked in, met with the branch manager Keithia provided us a a better plan for our budget. It was pretty seamless working with her she made it very simple to switch over.

I would pay no attention to the previous reviews and go give her an opportunity, but remember to smile when you walk in and be kind .”

“Chris and Diana at the Lincoln AT&T store belong in the customer service Hall of Fame. My wife and I have never had anyone give such undivided attention to our issues with our new phone, solve our problems without any concern about the amount of time it required or make us feel as though we somehow should have been able to make the required fixes on our own. The entire vibe of the store was one of an old fashion "local" hangout as customers would come in with a variety of concerns all of which Chris or Diana would patiently address and resolve. They are a true treasure in the neighborhood and we will be their customers for life!”

“Keith is H. Is the manager she helped return something. I was the first customer. She even opened 10 minutes early. So professional and kind. I really thought I'd be there for an hour or two. I was out of there in less than a half hour. She knows her stuff and she trains her people. Well, I think all of T-Mobile should be having her training the managers. She's been manager there for eight years. I was so impressed. I'll never go to another T-Mobile store. The lady with the purple hair. Patti M.”
