“Yvonne fought hard for me to get a discount after Uhaul failed to provide me with the truck I reserved 6 months before I moved. After finding out I wouldn’t have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn’t for Yvonne I wouldn’t have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount. Even right now she is asking for even further discounts because of the added price of gasoline to drive across country and the lack of the proper size truck that I reserved.”

My only issue is how hot it is in the store. If it’s too hot for me to just be standing inside, especially on a hot day, it’s certainly too warm for the employees who have to lift boxes and help customers all day. Please fix the air conditioning to make it more comfortable for customers and employees to visit the store.”

“The Mail Station is a small shop that does big things...printing, faxing, mailing, boxing items for shipping, and a notary public. They also have mail boxes to rent, as well. The staff of Lancelot, Dulce and Chris are super friendly and certainly know what they're doing. Their work speaks for itself. Even though it is in Hillcrest, there is parking available in the back of the shop, as well as metered parking along Washington Street. Highly recommended.”
“They are friendly, speedy and efficient. I came in 20 minutes before closing, they didn’t rush me. I was helped with my documents that needed to be faxed and I appreciate that they wait for a confirmation before charging you.

Went back today on a Sunday!! to fax another document and do some color printing. (One of the few ups stores open on a Sunday)
They were patient with me while the document I needed to print downloaded. They pretty much did troubleshooting with me so we could the pdf to the stores email for printing. I appreciate their time and support. Weslee, Cesar and Lauren were amazing!! Keep up the hardwork”

“I had 2 peices mailed at the same time 1530 hours to be picked at the store at 1700 hours. 1 arrived at chula at 1745 hours, the 2nd didn't get there until 1845, so now 1 of my peices won't be there until Monday, which is 3 days late. If I wanted a parcel there in 4 days I would have paid 4 day prices not over night prices. So thanks for ripping me ups. You have 1 job to do. Fail!
Update: Zach was sympathetic, transparent, and showed apparent integrity in trying to get the situation resolved. He said he filled a claim with ups to get me a refund. I appreciate Zach doing the right thing and has retained me as a customer. But I have yet had any communication from ups about that refund.”

“Went in to get a box to ship through the USPS but came out with everything all accounted for, no extra steps needed! Jayson was incredibly helpful and saved me money with his packaging suggestions. Efficient work there, and even very friendly to dogs. Didn’t even have to go to the USPS because he printed out my label then and there and took it off my hands. Makes my life easier :)”
“this shop is a hidden gem. I started using this business back at the end of 2020 when my ex husband was deployed. they were always so helpful and nice every time I came in to pick up boxes, ship boxes, or print things off for school and they were literally right across the street from where I lived so they were also very convenient for me. after being turned away by multiple document scanning business over the last week, I traveled out of my way to Santee to this business to see if they would be able to help me and they were. they scanned my entire enlisted medical record for me to be able to send out to a consultant. I forgot how much I used to appreciate this business when I was living in the area and sending multiple boxes out every other month. they, by far, surpass the post office.”

“The location is convenient and has great customer service. I've used the notary, returned packages, bought boxes and supplies, and shipped out small christmas presents. Above and beyond, they did an amazing job helping me with packing and shipping when I unexpectedly had to ship my uncle's art collection and personal items across the country. I had no clue what I was doing, and the staff including Raina and the Manager Omar were patient, so kind and innovative in coming up with solutions for packing awkward or heavy items and working with me to help keep the costs down. They made it easy on me, even though I knew it was a ton of work for them to package everything and get it shipped out. So impressed and thankful for their help!”
“If you need a business mailbox, these guys are amazing. I live in two other places and this store does an excellent job of forwarding my mail on a regular basis. If something arrives that's out of the ordinary, they always email to let me know what it is (like a large package) to see if I want it forwarded as well. Their personal touch goes WAY above and beyond. I used to have to rent PMB's all over the country for another company I worked for, and I never got this kind of service from other postal centers. These owners really understand what's truly important when you run a business!”

“Stopped in today to ship some boxes for my move to Colorado. I needed to print some labels to attach to the boxes first. Leilani was so helpful and kind, while she printed the labels for me (after letting me know to attach all 4 to one email so I’d only pay one computer fee) she told me to start bringing the boxes in. She attached the labels for me (I offered to do it with the tape I brought) and was just so kind and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the male employee who also told me to attach all labels to one email and he helped me correct the email address to send them to. Friendly staff, quick service! Thanks yall! Your customer service made my day and I appreciate you!”
“Nice people! I went to pick up a package, and it was an easy process. There is a parking lot next door and I was charged $11 for roughly 15 mins. I saw there was an option to get the ticket compted, but I didn't think to ask UPS. Might be worth a try if you have to park there. The UPS can be a little tricky to find. You walk in by the Hilton sign near the parking lot, go up two sets of escalators, and you're there. Pics attached for reference. Just look for the signs on the pillars.”
