“I used to take my Porsche here for service, on one such visit they told me there was a fuel line part recall and i should take it to Beverly Hills Porsche for free replacement, so i took it in to BH Porsche and got a call from them later in the day saying the repair was done but they found another problem, they said "your clutch is toast, its down to the rivets, and needs to be replaced" i called Automated Euro and told them what BH Porsche said, the guys at automated told me to bring the car back to them. the guys at BH Porsche were really pressuring me to have them replace the clutch saying it was unsafe to drive. i took the car back to Automed Euro, the mechanic got in, put it in 2nd gear, revved the engine and dropped the clutch, wheels screeched and the car took off, he said your clutch is fine, and added "for them to say its down to the rivets they would have had to remove your engine and no mechanic would do all that work on spec.Bottom line is i really like and trust these guys at Automed Euro and will never do biz with Beverly Hills Porsche.”

“I want to start off by saying I know little to nothing about cars. I had to go to LA for a 3-Day work event and coincidentally and to my bad luck, my car managed to act up on a Saturday after all the shops were closed. I spent over an hour trying to get in contact with shops about my car troubles and Nagy was the only person who answered the phone and gave me a response (even after his stated business hours)! Due to his shop not being open on Sunday, he was extremely communicative about me getting my car to his shop early Monday morning. He helped walk me through the process and gave me an initial estimate which was very reasonable. He even stayed until late night to finish working on my car as I told him early morning I would need my car to get back home/to work early morning. Super down to earth guy, gave me life and car buying advice, and most importantly, my car is working perfectly no issues. He thoroughly checks your car and wants to ensure EVERYTHING is up to par before you leave his shop. While I do not live in LA, his kindness and attention to detail will not be forgotten. “Wow, what a skillful guy Tony is. My electric SUV would turn on but not move or allow me to change gears because software froze so I had to tow it from my garage to the service center. Car wouldn’t even go on neutral but Tony was able to skillfully add wheels under the car, back it out of the garage and move it through the drive way. Amazing work. The car safely got to the service center in no time. Tony’s efficient, skillful, and super pleasant to work with. The price is just right too. Highly recommend this guy.”

“I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!”

After being out of the country for several months, I returned and found the catalytic converter had been stolen from my car while I was away. I selected this shop based on proximity to the storage unit where my car was stored. Vince was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. The dispatcher told me it would take 45 mins or more but after explaining our situation she was going to do everything possible to get the driver to us quick.
