I had a good experience here. I just dropped in without an appointment for a smog check that I needed and was out within about half an hour. The price was good and everyone was nice.

While most places with smog testing are don't pass don't pay- this is not true here. Read the find print. If your car fails they charge you. They will only retest you for free if you pay to have your car worked on here. But only if they do the repairs.
