“Contrary to the suspicious poor reviews (for example, on my visit the restroom and office spaces were hospital clean), this reviewer totally feels like he won the Rent-A-Car lottery in renting a car from the Lancaster CA Enterprise at 811 K Street West. Rented from one Avis and three Enterprise Rent-A-Car businesses in the Pamdale/Lancaster area - this is far and away the best by any metric. Customer Service? Outstanding. Selection and Condition of Cars. Onsite car wash - so, of course, vehicles immaculate inside and out. The car lot is huge, you can comfortably drive off and return vehicles. An unadvertised bonus - if not too busy, this location will pick you up and return you home - for free. Now, if the pickup is Canada and the dropoff is Mexico - then no. Open 7 days a week. My highest recommendation.”

“I test drove a couple of cars before going to Diamond Ford. Everytime, i was passed off to different salesmen.This was most definitely one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Sam (the salesman) started and stayed with me the whole time. Not once was i passed off to a different salesman. They were extremely personable and friendly. I will definitely go back!!!!”

“On Sunday, August 28th we found ourselves in Lancaster with a broken car. I had booked a car for rental on line at this location, Sunday evening. It was very quick and easy. We arrived first thing in the morning to pick up the car. It is a busy location!William was the agent who took care of us. He was a great help as we don't remember ever having to rent a car in 35 years together. We told him we had to collect items from our car, drive to Reno and pick up our Golden Retriever. And, we needed to return it in Laughlin, Nv where we winter.He said he was upgrading us to a car that was a bit bigger than the one we rented as it would fit our needs better. We were in a hurry and took the car 'as is.' Honestly it was not bad. What a great car! A Ford Edge Triumph. We loved it, and had a very comfortable ride home to Reno and Laughlin.This Avis office gets a five star review from me. We watched as they handled each customer's wants and needs. They did it with care, ease and quickly. William was amazing! He knew his stuff, and when I called and explained we had run into road construction delays and we might be late returning it, he told me not to worry, and he extended my return until the next morning.Returning the car to the Laughlin/Bullhead airport was quick and easy. Handed them the keys, thats it. They were also just as busy and kind.Avis will be our go to when friends ask.
