The staff Is always nice and helpful...It's always very easy to rent a car..

Rented here three times and each time, the exterior of the car was dirty. Second time, the windows inside and out were so bad, I had to go back inside to request they clean them. My last rental, looks like they didn't even wash the car from the last return.Gonna start going back to the Budget on Palmdale Bl for my weekly... read full comment

Awful experience! Called the day before to reserve a rental got to the reservation and was denied and turned away
