“If you have never been to Guarantee Shoe Center ,please consider them for your next shoe purchase. I took my elderly dad in to purchase some dress shoes and was so pleased with the whole experience. We were greeted by Frankie ,who ended up helping us find the perfect shoes for dad. Frankie was patient and kind to us while dad tried on shoes. Frankie actually measured my dads foot ,and then helped him try the shoes on! We ended up buying 2 pair of dress shoes and a pair of slip on Sketchers that my dad absolutely loved! I was so happy that they had the Sketchers there,so I didn't have to take my dad into a big wherehouse to find him these specific shoes. We l had a great experience at Guarantee Shoe Center,and Frankie went above and beyond. He even helped us out by carrying our packages to our car! Now where else can you find that kind of red carpet treatment? ?

“7/18/23Didn't welcome me in however it was very clean and many options to shop for. Today however I was looking for a closed toe heel and I wasn't satisfied with the very few options there were. On the other hand there are other types of shoes. I have been there before and love how low the prices are and I do like shopping there for regular shoes. I would go back again”

“I found out, last minute, that the dress shirt I had no longer fit. On my way to my cousins wedding I stopped at the Bakersfield store for a new dress shirt. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson named Gabby. She very professional and attentive. She help me find the perfect size shirt. She even took the time to find a same size shirt that was out of the package so I could see how it fit. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of great customer service because in this day and age you don't get that anymore. Thank you Gabby!!!”
“Had 3 total hip replacement 3 times due to arthritis...put a lift on a shoe for me. Tells me what shoe characteristics are best. I already know lift height and other aspects ( just needed the lift). Received my shoe quickly saved much $s. So grateful for lessening my limp.A friend went with me to have another pair of shoes done , and he asked if could make knife leather holder (belt style?) . Another customer at the Big Shoe.”
“I get all my boots repaired here, great quality great price. I seen a review that said he doesn't know how to talk to people that is incorrect. He's like an old school dad type of guy, cracks jokes, gives responses with sarcasm here and there, if your easily offended this isn't the place for you.”

“I stopped in to get some shoes for a trip out of town. It's only my 2nd time visiting this store, and I'm kind of upset at myself that I never bought anything here before. I attribute this to the friendly staff, the good sale, and comfy shoes. I can't wear regular flat vans because of no arch support, so Raquel suggested the ultra range shoes. She also chatted me up about the Dodgers being a fellow fan (I was wearing Dodgers gear to the store). The shoes were a great fit, and I also noticed a sale on some ultra range shoes for my son for back to school. Friendly service plus a great product = happy customer.”

“The young Ladies at this location are so kind, helpful and friendly! I went in looking for petite size in certain style pants, but store doesn’t carry Petite. Karina suggested I look in the little boys section because they are shorter. Bricey saw me struggling and assisted with finding an identical match to my size 4 in women’s! Rikki and another young lady with glasses assisted me with an online transaction as well. Awesome team!”
