“I love Red Wing. Great boots. Even though I feel like they can be expensive, they are worth the buy. I would have given this store a 5th star, but I dealt with a Byron, and he came off as rude. There are several things I can say about my buying experience with him, but I'll just say that I would not recommend going to him. Paula helped me the last time before him and she was extremely kind and not pushy. She made my experience at that store great. There is no other store in Bakersfield, so I will continue to go to that one and just look for Paula. I am sure there are other associates that are good also, but I will avoid Byron. I paid $200 for my boots and he couldn't even give me a bag to carry them to my car. And the box does not have the built in handle on it. If you decide to go there after reading this, ask for Paula, can't go wrong with that. Nice and clean store as well.”

Good quality sport packs.We actually had a shie malfunction within the first 10 hours of wear. First time ever we took boots in and got a straight trade after we provided receipt.
