It was my first time upgrading my phone and he explained the whole process to me in enough detail and made sure I understood everything. “I unfortunately forget the young lady's name that was in the shop at the time, however she was nothing but friendly and helpful. We had a time getting ahold of someone to help finish the transaction and she just kept being productive and helpful the entire time. So much that even though my wife and I now qualify for free phones I would consider cricket for the customer service quality which has pretty much gone away . I highly recommend Cricket as well as this location double thumbs up ? ? I also forgot to take pictures and the store was very clean and professionally presented.”

“I spoke with Rocio before I went in. Once I got there this girl had phones out with accessories to show me. She hooked me up with the best discounts. She was the sweetest sales girl I ever met. My wife even wants to switch now. She got me HBO max since I mentioned I work on the road away from home and got my bill lowered. You can tell this young lady loves what she does. If anyone wants to go in I recommend Rocio She hooks you up with the best and she’s pretty my wife even thought so. “Great friendly girls. Don't listen to that 2 star review. I was there she was being very rude had attitude and highly demanding. The girls did there best to help her out. Also it get busy so patience is key here. They are the only store that has more than 2 computers so that tells you about how busy they get. Great service and I always leave with something free or a something with a great price. Walmart couldn't even beat their prices. Best person to help out is a young lady named Corina, sweetheart and very helpful and will give you a great deal. Jenelly is also good it may seem like she's screaming at you but that is just her regular voice. Janet is also good help her Spanish is a little off so don't take it serious if she says something that seems like a smart remark that just how she is.”
