“I love the staff here they are super friendly, bilingual, and knowledgeable. I’m still waiting on my results for a firmware password stuck on my Mac so hopefully all is well. It was 50$ for the assessment and attempt to remove firmware, he said if it goes through itll be only couple hundred bucks which is a steal (if it works bc if it doesn’t I’m out a computer due to OS Mac) and also if it doe NOT work he said he would simply return my computer to me :) no extra charge.Parking lot sucks but you just need to go when it’s not busy like after 2PM and avoid weekends it’s the parking lot that sucks not the store”

“Bluetooth quit working on my 2014 CX-5. I called to see if they could repair it. He looked in his computer and found that there is a software update that Mazda has to do. It would have been easy for him to say "Sure, bring it in." and charge me a couple hundred bucks to troubleshoot. But he referred me to Mazda. “I knew my battery was dying for a couple of weeks but i was dreading taking it to the dealership because of how much they charge. I remembered my dad getting batteries from this place when we lived in southgate so decided to call and check some prices. $165 out the door for my 2017 Malibu. took less than 10 mins for them to switch batteries. As a woman, it's nice to go somewhere and not get the run around. 10/10, will always recommend.”

“Neighbors came down with the VID and asked me to pick up some games for them while they were quarantining. Walked in and Gerrard was helping another customer. I overheard him give him some recommendations to the customer to try and save then some money. When it was my turn he greeted me and was very pleasant. He retrieved the game and when he looked up my ancient gamestop account let me know I had 20% off a used game and went to see if they had it in stock. They did not but I was able to find another game for my neighbor. Gerrard's friendly attitude and willingness to help the customer out instead of selling them things they don't need is commendable. Kudos to him!”

“Great friendly girls. Don't listen to that 2 star review. I was there she was being very rude had attitude and highly demanding. The girls did there best to help her out. Also it get busy so patience is key here. They are the only store that has more than 2 computers so that tells you about how busy they get. Great service and I always leave with something free or a something with a great price. Walmart couldn't even beat their prices. Best person to help out is a young lady named Corina, sweetheart and very helpful and will give you a great deal. Jenelly is also good it may seem like she's screaming at you but that is just her regular voice. Janet is also good help her Spanish is a little off so don't take it serious if she says something that seems like a smart remark that just how she is.”
