“I cannot stress how amazing this place is!! I am on a roadtrip, and my alternator decided to stop working in Bakersfield, CA. This auto shop was the closest place from where my car stopped working, and thank the universe. I pulled in with no appointment, stressed out because I still have the rest of California and Oregon to travel through.
I spoke with someone named Manuel, who I am sure saw the panic in my face as I was trying to figure out what to do. He spoke with his boss Emanuel to see how they could help me, as they were super busy. They were able to repair my alternator immediately, only taking an hour and a half to fix it.
There are no words other than THANK YOU, THANK, THANK YOU!!!! You guys are amazing, and I don’t know what I would have done without your help and kindness. We need more people like you!!
